Took my car in on Sunday for a flat tire. Had to deal with C (don't want to put his full name) he might have been the rudest employee I have ever felt with. It seemed like everything I did/asked annoyed him. I used my Sam's club app to show him my club card rolled his eyes at that, I had to borrow the keys to grab something out of my car that I forgot he threw the keys at me and rolled his eyes at me again. We have had great service at Sam's even during the pandemic. Yes, they are sometimes out of things but the same thing is happening at all stores. The order online and pick up service is very efficient, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that they are offering this kind of service to their customers. Costco does not! I have also ordered things delivered which works smoothly as well.

Just became a member 3 weeks ago. Much better atmosphere than Walmart and unlike Costco's, Do I have member of 4 at least 20 years, Sam's club allows overnight parking in my RV after shopping.
