This place is absolutely trash all the way around. Food=trash, drinks=scam, service= absolutely horrendous.We were in there on 4/18 with a group of three and there were probably five tables occupied. Walked his and the bouncer was sticking his fingers inside my pants and full on grabbed my D. Waited around for roughly 25 minutes at a table and went and asked the host twice for a server and finally one came over. We ordered a hookah, three drinks, humus, and two entrees. The lamb was chewy and barely warm, rice was cold, and the humus never showed up. Drinks finally showed up about half way through our meal and you could not taste tequila or mezcal in any of them, tasted like syrup and water. Not once did the waitress check on us or even bother to ask if we wanted refills on our waters. We informed her that the humus never showed so she went and got that and brought our check at the same time then looked at us all weird when we asked for to go boxes on the humus plate that just came out. After running my card the waitress told me that there was already gratuity on the bill it was 20% for three people and a 4% cash conversion charge for using a card. No where on the menu does it even mention a 20% gratuity, which is 100% a scam if it is not printed on the menu, displayed on a sign, or told in advance, especially for a small party of just three people. I feel the staff knows that they are automatically going to get a 20% tip unbeknownst to the customer so they do the bare minimum. You couldn't pay me enough to recommend this establishment.

They don’t bring you your bill and 20% gratuity is already added before you order anything. They tell you how much it is and you pay on a handheld device. Was told the bill was over $120 for hookah and 3 drinks. Overall, super sketchy. For sure not coming back.

I ordered a hookah and wings from here. Everything was great quality! The hookah lasted all night with thick white smoke. This is my favorite place to get wings from as well! They came out hot and crispy! Atmosphere always has a nice vibe to it.

Came in this evening for some RnR and had a great time. First, Reya was amazing in every way, knew the best flavor hookah, knew what food option was good and made sure drinks were on point. I recommend this spot to all and ask for Reya!
I showed up at 9:45pm to grab dinner with a friend. Food and drinks have no flavor and are overpriced. I left and came back an hour later to use the restroom and security was trying to change me $10 to reenter. The bouncers told me that I showed up at 7pm and they charge on the weekends after 9:30. Lying to me in my face about what time I showed up to get me to pay the $10. Money hungry employees here, save your money there’s better Hookah lounges.

I have been coming to samsara since October hands down best hookah in Phoenix the owners here are the best they really know about hookah, server Stephanie recommend the best hookah and food they offer here. Ask for Mikey the bartender he will hook you up. The whole team here is awesome. Come visit you are not going to be disappointed with samsara
