Ordered 2 entrees for a lunch order for 2 people, delivered by an app. The quantity was so small, even both entrees would not have filled 1 adult. It was a shame! The taste was very bland and nothing much to talk about. I had ordered only because I had seen a flier about them and recognized the name when it popped up in the delivery app. I am passing on this and would highly recommend that you pass on this too! Update: I am updating the review to 3 stars because the owner reached out and is trying to make it work. But other parts of my reviews still stand. Maybe the experience in person is better. Haven't tried that

We always enjoyed going here. Food and service was always good. Not sure what happened to this place. They have a sign on the door that says their cooks are in training and will be open in a few days. The sign has been up for at least a month now. I think they may be out of business.

I am leaving this review because I would say this is my favorite restaurant I moved farther away from them and still make the trip to get my food from there. They have the best crab puffs but lately I haven’t been able to get food from there because they are closed due to training but I would honestly say nothing is as good as Savor flavor out here.

I miss Neo Tokyo. It was a great hole in the wall Japanese restaurant. Years ago this place went under new management and kept the name but started changing the menu. Eventuality rebranded to Savor Flavor with another manager and now closed. Hopefully some is inspire to bring back quality food and inexpensive experience back to Ahwatukee.

Food is really good, most of the time! Very quick and authentic. They are also very open and upfront about their ingredients for people who need to work around food allergies. Dine in, Take out, Delivery, you will not be left dissatisfied. Delivery will take a little longer. Prices are super reasonable!Disclaimer: Due to COVID19 and the job market this place has been struggling to keep staff hired on. Recently I have been less satisfied with their quality of food, however, they stress they are working on fixing this and making their place awesome once again! Make sure you call and verify they are open before driving here because sometimes they will be closed with only a message on their door once you arrive to let you know that they are trying to train staff.

We love this place. Food is usually ample and well prepared. But tonight's order was subpar. It seemed like our entrees were 1/2 orders. We always have enough for two meals. Tonight's order barely filled half a containers. One Order one at 5 star spice, was barely hot. Other order 3 star, no spice at all. They said 1 to 1 1/2 delivery, usually in an hour, was over 1 & 1/2 hour. Was our delivery guy eating our meals? And, all good was upside down & spilling out of the containers. We'll order again, but if the food is lacking the same way today's order did, it may be the last time..,,,

Tasty food at a reasonable price. I've only ever done delivery and takeout. Can recommend their Pad Thai and chicken egg rolls. Delivery takes a minute but it's worth it.

I love this place! The food is amazing and the customer services is wonderful. I mostly get delivery and that is usually a little bit of a wait but they tell you that in advanced and it's worth it. When you get the food it's hot, fresh and delicious! The delivery person is always friendly and literally running from their car to my door which I find to be funny but says a lot about their customer appreciation. You will not be disappointed!

Not really sure what to think. Incredibly small seevings, but also quality ingredients. Less batter on the chicken and what not. But, just wasn't a whole lot for being main dishes. I can't say that the flavors are any different or better than others in the area. Just wasn't really impressed and wasn't necessarily disappointed.
I have a food allergy and email prior to my visit to inquire of ingredients. I was pleased with a quick response that their food did not contain it. When I ordered I was so excited for my meal. Upon getting home I noticed the sauce packets contained the Corn Syrup, but assured myself they must use something else on the main meal. I was wrong, their main dish certainly did contain the Corn Syrup. I emailed the company once again, weeks later with still no response about their mis giving of ingredients. Will not be returning. So disappointed.

This place used to be amazing! Last couple times we have ordered I have been deeply disappointed. Tonight’s order the orange chicken was so well done it was dry and hard to chew. Same thing with hubby’s sweet and sour chicken. Beef skewers had no flavor at all and not thoroughly cooked. Very disappointed.

This spot has always been my favorite place to get Chinese food. I remember when I first came to this place as an employee and didn't think a lot about it. On my first day on the job I fell in LOVE with the food. Ever since then I always come here and get moogoogai with level 4 spice, and beef fried rice. If you never came here before I RECOMMEND IT!!!

The old man owner was EXTREMELY RUDE! It took FOREVER to get my order. The orange chicken was VERY bad and had NO flavor. I would've been alright with the food, but the old man that was rude to us took it to another level. It was awful, and I would NOT recommend going! I definitely won't be back!
