I really like the bbq and the sauce at Shanes. This visit was no different! But the best part of my lunch was the great service from Briana. She greeted me when I came in even though she was very busy. After a short wait she took my order and was very pleasant. This is the kind of service I really appreciate! I highly recommend the Shanes off of Happy Valley and I-17!
Absolutely our BEST "Go-to" BBQ spot!!!! Our whole family and extended families LOVE Shanes. They have weekly/daily specials that can't be beat. We love the platters and always have plenty to take home. Service is fast and friendly and lots of good options. Love the okra! We have always loved the food here --- BBQ is top on our list and we've tried plenty of places but this one has our outstanding award for quality!

The Owner could double as a a radio Personality. I told him it was my first time in and he ran me through the menu like a Sales Man. I was sold on the 1/2 rack ribs with beans and fries. The restaurant is clean and gives you a Texas vibe. The rib meat is tender and touching it with the original sauce is excellent. The beans are delicious and toast is tasty. Stop in and try this joint.
