I personally do not drink Boba. However, my daughter loves the stuff. This is definitely one of her favorite places. She says the strawberry ice blended is delicious. My issues with this place and why it won’t get five stars is they only take cash right now if you have exact change. Also, if you pay by credit card they perform the tablet flip and say it’s going to ask you a few questions. Very Tacky expected tip. I’ll start by saying I am a very good tipper when I dine out. My minimum tip for bad service is 20% and only goes up from there if the service better than bad. Not sure when a tip became expected just for doing your job and making an overpriced drink? Every time I push no tip, then they flip the tablet back around and always give me a dirty look for not tipping. I’m an adult so this doesn’t make me feel the least bit guilty. I refuse to be guilted into tipping for something that shouldn’t even be tipped on. They do not get paid like wait staff and don’t provide a service that deserves a tip.

Pretty good boba tea. I got the Classic Black Milk Tea and it was yummy! I wish they opened earlier, but it was a nice treat and something different to get while at Desert Ridge.

I have been loving the very chewy Sharedtea bobas and have been buying regularly. Last week when I went I was shocked to be told by the employees that Sharedtea has switched their brand of boba and is not sharedtea bobas anymore. The new bobas are larger and completely soft. I dislike the new boba so if this switch is permanent, I will have to look elsewhere for good and chewy bobas

My mom, partner, me, and my dog all had boba from here and shortly after became extremely sick. The boba must have been old or machines not properly cleaned. The cleanliness of the facility needs to be checked and regulated.

Everyone is very nice and I really appreciate him accidentally made my drink wrong and they replaced it with a new one with no issue. Awesome service.

Sharetea is a very consistent establishment in their quality. You can expect the same quality everytime without fail. I've had better boba drinks and I've had worse, but it's still one I can count on. The staff were very nice and patient since I can be indecisive at time. I love this place and definitely recommend.

Went to Sharetea to grab a drink and it was 9:30. The worker allowed for two other guest to come order but then told us while we were in line that they can't help us because they are closed. The hours state they close at 10pm and we were well before that. I asked them if they were closing at 10 and the worker said yes and that everything was already sanitized. Disappointing.
They dont make ur drink right if u don tip them. I asked 50less sweet and it was still too sweet and wanted to ask replace it but all employees went inside and didn show up

These people suck and their drinks suck! So rude and the drinks are bland. The place smells like mildew and I’d rather go to the Bumble place at the Quarter. Get new employees!

The boba sucks and when I complained that the drink tasted like milk only and they should have given us 80percent instead of 30percent sweetness - the girl acted like a jerk and talked down to me and when I started acting upset, the cashier told me to never come back. All I wanted was a better drink! Instead they chose to fight me because their drinks taste like plain milk.

Places like this can be hot or miss for me! I got a winter melon lemonade with 30% sweetness. It just tasted too syrupy and sweet still but I think 0% sweet wouldn't have been great either. It was a little pricey. It is cute in here and nice staff! Very large menu to select from.

Not a good boba shop. Executed very keenly for the audience but for anyone who enjoys boba the drinks are the lowest of mediocre. Way too sweet even at 30 percent drinks are very milky lack flavor. Interior is bland for what it could be. Service is slightly slow but sweet nonetheless.
