This location started going downhill early 2023. Problems I’ve had there: items consistently unavailable, VERY VERY long wait times (I’m talking like 45 minutes being the second car in line after they already came out and got my money), kids (employees) goofing off/inappropriate comments about getting/being high, given old/crusty cold food, charged incorrectly yet unable to refund, charged for items they said they no longer had and unable to refund. The store looked and felt abandoned. I didn't even see the sign before turning into the parking lot. I felt unsafe waiting at the car hop spots, so I went in the drive thru. The employee didn't know how to swipe a card and had to get her manager to teach her. The chicken sandwich was disgusting, and cherry limeade barely had flavoring.
