Stopped by for lunch; called ahead to order and he said it would be 20 minutes as the chicken is cooked fresh and it was indeed. I had the chicken/fish combo plate with 2 sides. It came out to $24.24 after tax. Does not come with a drink. It was really good and portion is large enough for 2 or to save the rest for later! I would come again but skip the Mac next time.

The food here is so delicious. The prices are a tad high but you get plenty of food. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because tje food is good.I saw something disturbing on 4/9. I happen to be visiting someone that lives next to the restaurant. When looking out of the kitchen window, I could see the back lot of the restaurant, and yesterday I witnessed one of the cooks and his friend that drives a red car, smoke from a crack pipe. They kept looking to make sure the other employee didn't see them and even ducked down as he was hitting the pipe. Now they could have been using it for weed but the smoke and smell of it smelled like crack. After a few hits, the employee hugged his friend, wiped his nose with his hand and walked back into the restaurant. Hopefully he washed his hands.This is really unfortunate all around. I mean people can do what they want but when they are working, they have a responsibility to the owner and the customers.I will say though, the food is amazing here.

Anytime you are looking for some southern food yes the catfish is amazing and if you've never had catfish please let this be the first place you try.
I ordered 2 3pc catfish dinners with 2 orders of green beans and white potatoes black eyed peas and yams. All the sides tasted like they were out of the can no potatoes in the green beans they didn’t have the black eyed peas either. The fish and Hawaiian roll was the only thing good $41 to be dissatisfied but never again.

Don’t stop in! Don’t patronize this establishment!!! Awful service! First time going to this establishment. Cook/server/order taker/cashier nastiest rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Food was hot, nice portions and cooked to order. Person was rude to the next customer as well both of us this was our very first visit. Menu is on the television that is turned toward the inside of the restaurant, so it appears you can watch the television while dining, not that it contained the menu. You’re not supposed to ask any questions just look at the menu. He spent so much time being nasty and rude he missed it when the other customer stated “I work with mentally disabled patients and your tone and body language would set them off.” “It’s your tone it’s very aggressive “ he retorted I’ll tell them to take the menu down and then you can ask questions”. Who says that? Don’t eat there, don’t go there! Stay away!!! I don’t recommend anyone to eat here.

It seems if you want to order, ask a question or know anything about the food you have to refer to the TV because the rude and disrespectful worker does not understand good customer service or want to work. Please take your business to another establishment if you value customer service.
