The time it took to recieve my Frappuccino was 10 while they completely blew out the drive thru line. Starbucks used to be a good establishment now its gone to the weirdos who are condescending smug and slow. Please get a job that teaches you life lessons if you think making coffee is

I got coffee today and who ever the woman was with the long thick dark hair this morning 12/07/23 does not know how to make coffee, I got a caramel tasted like water and warm milk, I disputed the charge with my bank for this nonsense, retrain your baristas please.

So I work home health and hospice and my patient typically relies on Amazon prime groceries for delivery. Today being possibly her last birthday she wanted to go out and get something to make for dinner and all the oatmeal cookies we could find to have a taste test. She is wheelchair bound and does not have the arm strength or coordination to use the electric carts. When I asked where the hand baskets were after looking all over the store the manager said they no longer keep them because they were easy ways for people to steal. He then said she could push a cart from her wheelchair while I pushed her or use the electric carts both of which are not options. I explained this to him and he said he could have someone follow us with a cart but there wasn't staff for that currently... at this point other patrons and staff were also voicing their upset about how she was being treated. I am disgusted at how my sweet older patient was treated and that he even had the audacity to suggest she push a cart while I push her wheelchair. Not everyone can use the same accommodations and shopping should be accessible to everyone. Do better Safeway. Changes need to be made, the ADA is being notified.

I lived in the apartments in the back of this Safeway. I almost always had a decent experience at this location. Produce is normally average and good quality. Prices are 1-3 dollars more than Winco or Walmart. The Starbucks workers kind of slack around. I've seen multiple different employees just talk away to other employees for 10+ minutes and It makes you feel like youre interrupting them when you want to order. Possibly due to not being very busy all the time. One time, I had one older employee who followed me every aisle I moved to and just stood there hands crossed at every end of the aisle watching me. It made me feel very, very uncomfortable. I had to confront him at the end after I purchased my things and asked him why he was following me. All he could say that I "fit" the profile. I had to tell the man, he made me very uncomfortable and that I always come to the location to buy my stuff, there was no need to be suspicious of me. I was a consistent shopper at this location because it was walking distance and I didn't have a car. I had never stolen from the location, especially not at a location I needed to consistently visit to get food close by. I normally dress nicely and I was 23 at the time. I only went back once after that incident. Some of the employees are very nice and others are just shy teenagers that don't practice enough proper customer service which I don't expect most the time when theyre young.

I want to share this as a warning. My dad purchased two gift cards for me from this Safeway. Totaling $1,000. As gifts for Christmas and my birthday. I'm a widowed mom of three children and he does that so I can do something fun with the kids to celebrate. When he purchased them he thought it was strange when the manager took them to the back, which had never occurred when he purchased gift cards. Then he brought them back out and finished the transaction. A few days after receiving the one for Christmas I attempted to swipe and it said ERROR. I thought that was strange so I purchased tickets online for a movie. Then paid a phone bill online as well. A few days later I tried to swipe it again. Again, ERROR. Then I went online to check the balance. The card had been used online at Target for the remaining balance of almost $300. I then received the card for my birthday. Tried to use it for lunch for the kids and I and again ERROR. I've never had a gift card error so to have two was really strange. I go online and it said it had the $500. The next day it was used for the FULL AMOUNT ALL $500 at a Target. I called the Vanilla Gift Card company and it took 58 mins to get a person on the phone who said they couldn't help me. The next day I try again, 46 mins and they filed a report they said. I didn't receive the email for signature so I call the next day, 65 mins and they said the report hadn't been filed. So they filed again and sent the emails. Then said they would be in contact in 90 days!!! Safeway was contacted as well as their corporate office who recommended filing a police report. I also filed a BBB report on the Vanilla Gift Card company. This has been an awful experience. I haven't done anything for myself in the past few years except take care of our small children the best I can. I rarely celebrate the holidays or my birthday except to make it special for them. Please DO NOT PURCHASE gift cards here. Anywhere else so you can avoid this headache for your family. Safeways Corporate has escalated the report as well as the Phoenix PD. It's under investigation and my hope is this person is found and can never do this to anyone else.

I used their pickup for the first time. A young guy gave me my 11 items. I got home and found I was missing a pound of butter. The worst issue was I tried for 45 min to reach customer service and no response. We went there in person and found the worker standing in front of the counter with a phone ringing and no movement to answer it!

I love this store this is my store if I am to go anywhere for groceries it's here management is really nice and helpful you never have to struggle to find an employee to help you if you need help there everywhere

Extremely long lines. Only one person working. And the double charged me for my drink. Usually 3.35 Just paid 5.35. They said cause it the location. Go down the street to actual Starbucks where they make the drink right. Took about 15 minutes to get the drink, which was wrong and apparently there are to many people here in line to fix it. Talk about management problems. ?
