Plato drink I purchased one just about 1 hour ago the service was attitude filled in a negative way. The drink was extremely watered down I’m definitely not returning and the overall experience has been an immediate no for me. Do not recommend save yourself the headache of bad customer service and the most watered down drink I have ever had!!

This place used to be ok and then had hired some real wierd ones there and are very evil people now so wont go back and not good service at all.....they tel you not to ever come there again and sure its illegal for them to say this also......oh well there own losses and they are evil!!!!!

We ordered 2 of the same beverage at the drive thru.. got to the window and they had only made 1. The barista made a scowling face when we mentioned that we ordered 2. They made the 2nd drink. We got home and the 2nd drink was horrible! They missed some ingredients and it was really undrinkable. We were really disappointed. $7 drink was poured down the drain. Won’t be going back to that location.

Always on point! I had to wait a little extra the other day and she gave me a gift card for a free purchase the next day, so amazing customer service and it's a very consistent product, it's never too cold or too hot it's just right every time!
Bit of a line at the drive through. But that's to be expected at a Starbucks these days. Very pleasant customer service. Heard my dog when I ordered and offered the pup cup off the bat. Order was perfect.

Every time I come here they have bad customer service. I drive a semi truck so I have to walk in and today I placed a mobile order but they were drive thru only. I had no other choice but to walk up to the window and the employees were incredibly rude. They asked if I have a car and I said no but I placed a mobile order and they said, “okay well next time we can’t serve you.” I would’ve gladly accepted a refund or any solution but the attitude was uncalled for.
