I have to say this is my favorite Starbucks location. It is always clean not to mention the barista's are amazing. They are fast, kind, considerate, as well as helpful.With all this being said there is one barista that goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! I took my daughter and her friend on their electric scooters ?? to this location while I ran besides them well over a mile. Atlas, our barista, was super helpful with recommendations for the 10 year old girls. Not to mention, Atlas, recognizing our situation for the way home (5 drinks + 1 adult + 2 kids on scooters and one free set of hands that would be running mind you) seriously could not have been more helpful!! She cut drink carriers in half and placed them in paper bags. She also placed stickers over the openings of our drinks to protect them from spilling. WOW we were truly blessed by Atlas' kindness and helpful attitude.It's hard finding good service these days let alone some one that is intentional about going above and beyond to help a stranger.. all with a smile on her face and not even the slightest expectation of receiving anything in return. THANK YOU ATLAS!!! ☕️ ?You were not only an example to your fellow coworkers but to myself, my daughter and her friend as well.32nd steet Starbucks you are truly blessed with an amazing employee and I am sure many others.
Starbucks now serves coffee so strong, it's practically a caffeinated war cry. The barista called it the 'Espresso Extremo.' My heartbeat is now Morse coding at 120 wpm, but hey, I've never been more awake. Forget unicorns; this place serves liquid lightning in a cup. Approach with caution, leave with a buzz!

I picked up 6 drinks for my Medical Assistants this morning and unfortunately 5 of those drinks spilled all over my vehicle as I had to swerve to avoid another car hitting me. I went back to order my staffs drinks again, and the gentleman, Jeremiah, which turns out is the store manager was super kind and friendly and empathetic. He saw the mess in my car and he let me order the drinks again free of charge and on top of that gave me a Starbucks gift card! It is people like him that make you have hope in humanity. I hope corporate reads this comment and gives him a raise or some sort of compensation. Thank you once again Jeremiah!

My new favorite location. You can taste the love put into salted caramel cold brew. Got one from the cave creek and bell location yesterday and was very disappointed. I think her name was either Tenna or Tessa. Bad with names but you freaking rock!

Terrible customer service! Extremely unhelpful! When you place a mobile order you would expect to be able to pick it up in the store. People place mobile orders because they are in a hurry to get somewhere, usually work, and we don't have time to go through a long line. Well to my surprise the lobby was closed so when a group of customers is waiting at the door they don't want to be told to get back in their cars and wait in line. Especially when we can see the drinks right behind you and you refuse to hand them to your customers! Maybe turn off your mobile ordering!!

Google maps said they were open - just went there- dining room was closed!! Only drive thru was open…feels like this location always has weird hours
The berry trio is supposed to have fresh fruit? It had some weird fake syrup and no fruit.

Order is quick and always correct. Staff is very friendly and competent. 3 stars for atmosphere and food. Both are actually "good" it's just a typical played-out Starbucks. But if Starbucks is your jam, this is a good one!

It’s unfortunate that more than one time they have missed giving me something that I order or made my drinks wrong, manager has been nice to give me my refund I mean I did paid for the items and didn’t get them so they have to but I wish the staff in the mornings would be more attentive to the customers
