About the same as any Starbucks, except it's just off the lobby of the Renaissance. I rated service mid because their scan system for Starbucks loyalty was down for months and only just got back up. They seem under staffed for the level of business being the only Starbuck left south of Van Buren. Remote ordering before heading over is the only way to get your stuff ready quickly.

Very Calm place to read or write some personal stuff.
Either you don’t know what you are doing or you are ripping people off charging them for one thing and giving them another. Sorry I paid for a cold brew and you gave me a ice coffee half full with some 2% milk! For $7. No offer for refund or caring to correct things. I had to catch a plane so no time to argue with people and a company that didn’t care. Happy to go to your competition from now on.

Has to be the least efficient Starbucks I’ve been through. I was staying at the Renaissance hotel and placed a mobile order. Waited over 25 mins PAST the estimated order time before I asked an associate who said it still was 8 orders ahead of mine and no way to cancel mobile orders. Seriously
