This is about the fourth time I get my drink made incorrectly. It’s never consistent and this isn’t just another rant four times. I didn’t tell them to remake it when they should’ve all their drinks are inconsistent. It’s always a hit or miss with them. You order foam they give you a little bit of it you asked for extra they give you a little bit of it and other times they give you half a cup of foam. They don’t mix the sauces they sit at the bottom of cup and they mix the foam in your drink instead of having it separated. it like it’s supposed to.

I just bought a cup of pink drink from here. The man of the drive thru provided a poor service. First, He didn’t ask me about the cup size, just give me the biggest one. Second, I was asking for a pink drink with salt cream foam, I made this clear to him, but he kept asking me what I wanted, and I didn't know what he wanted to do. - Like he wanted me to change my mind? The most irritating thing is, he didn't put a salt cream cap on it. He put a sweet one on it.

Didn't know this was a drive through/walk-up location only. When I approached the window the girl was super rude and condescending. The drinks were typical nothing to write home about.

Verrado Starbucks has the rudest manager and his little sidekick brat in the morning on weekends. They both act so stuck up and seem to think they are better than anyone. Why, because they run Starbucks? Looks like that's as far as you're going to get!! Also.... treating the deaf like we are stupid made my experience even better, so thanks for that!! NOT!!

Possessing Legendary Service at a walk-up window / drive-thru cafe, one must not only make a connection leaving me wanting more than just quality coffee this store delivers upon but also the friendly, welcoming, quick, knowledgeable expertise these baristas have! This recently renovated drive/walkup location seems busy with a long line often, HOWEVER THEY ARE EXPEDIENT & they have won my former barista heart inspiring myself and others I have meet there to come back to visit again soon. Great job pardners.... Keep up the great work!

The service is lacking at this store. I have been a loyal Starbucks patron since the 90's and this store is my least favorite in the US. My order today, as usual, was messed up. This clearly is not what I asked for.It's also funny that Starbucks would respond and say that the Store would be happy to fix the issue- that is the problem with that location, they won't. They are the rudest group of "Partners".

Do not do a mobile order here. This crew is incompetent. I watched mothers with their kids stand outside in the rain for 20 minutes waiting for the slow people inside to acknowledge them. Everyone leaving in a horrible mood. Great customer experience Starbucks.

If I could give it 0 starts I would. Mobile app order, said it would be ready at 4:03. Got confirmation it was completed on my phone about 4:15. Get there only 2 of the items are ready. Waited another 15 mins for the last drink and had to get back in line and ask for it again. 42 mins for 2 drinks and a cake pop. Not to mention all the crackheads hanging out. Do NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION EVER!
