I am appalled by the way Starbucks treats their customers. I went into Starbucks to grab a pup cup and some food and Dante the barista immediately told me Starbucks does not allow any dogs inside. I was not going to leave the dog in the rain or in the car as he had bad anxiety. How can someone have so much hatred towards animals. When I placed my order, he told me to wait outside and he would bring me the order. He never brought out the order and it was freezing outside. I went back in and he gave me a small pup cup, not a large I requested. I asked again for a pup cup and I again I received the wrong size. In general the staff at this location is very rude. I think they forget that the customer doesn't relie on Starbucks, but Starbucks does relies on customer. You just lost a customer.

This is the worst Starbucks in the Phx greater metro area. The staff is rude there preparing food with long gross hair flying everywhereThe store was so dirty and because my food was prepared nearly 20 min prior to my drink it was cold. I placed an online order and then drove from 7th Ave and Dobbins as this location is usually moderately busy on the weekends. Ordering ahead was a complete waste of time because as I mentioned I still had to wait several minutes for my beverage. Do yourself a favor and avoid this nasty location especially on the weekends

Okay I moved to Phoenix almost 4 years ago from LA and have been coming to this particular Starbucks ever since sometimes every day. I want to point out my review is not about their employees who always seem nice enough. The quality of the coffee and pastries is also satisfying. But that's where the good parts stop. At this point I have learned NEVER to go into the actual coffee shop and always take the drive thru, because service will be faster that way. I have literally been for nearly 20 minutes waiting for a simple coffee inside because the poor employees are overwhelmed with online orders and they seem to prioritize those and the drive thru. Now what really drove me to write this review is this: they will not give you a coffee stopper unless you ask for it. Am I supposed to have my coffee spill all over inside my car? They should hand these automatically. Annoying but ok, having to ask for something that should be provided for right away is tolerable I suppose. Today tho not only did I not get the stopper, my HOT venti came with no sleeve!!!! Are you kidding me? When I very annoyed asked for it, the employee said "oh yeah we do not give them anymore unless the customer asks for it". Seriously!!!!?? A $5 coffee which is hot as hell and now not only do they not give you a stopper (unless you ask for it), now also no sleeve?!! The nerve!! Again I know this is not the employee's fault. I blame corporate greediness who wants to save as much money as possible. Well that is not good customer service ladies and gentlemen. If I am paying for a hot coffee I expect at least a sleeve unless Starbucks thinks is normal to have their customers burn their hands!!! Outrageous and ridiculous! I am seriously considering looking for an alternative to get my coffee fix. There is a Dunkin' Donuts across the street. Maybe they will give me a cup sleeve without having to ask for it. Disappointing that this is their new policy. What's next? No cover for the cup? Give me a break Starbucks. You make enough money! Provide good customer service, anticipate your customer's needs and start giving stoppers and sleeves with the overpriced coffees. Happy New Year.

I went to order an Americano, big rude girl said it would be over 15 min wait, said many mobile orders were ahead of me, only 3 customers inside, had 20 mobile orders sitting on counter, this place is the worst starbucks on the planet, they told me not to come back after the Pic and telling them I was leaving a bad review. They're so stupid they thought I would return after that service

Very disappointing. Very rush-rush atmosphere. The cashier heard wrong and gave me hot coffee so they had to take it back. An ogre girl behind the counter cussed me as she grabbed the wrong drinks to dump them. When I came up to grab my drinks I asked for napkins because they were out at their self-serve kiosk and the scary ogre brat threw a bunch at my face. Another girl saw that and apologized adding she will be talking the the spoiled brat. It’s been 4 days now and I just can’t put that out of my mind… should I go back and speak my mind?

Walked inside to order a quick coffee since the drive thru was moving slowly, told by staff standing around just talking that it was drive-thru only (other staff mentioned mobile ordering but the rude one spoke over her) literally... you are doing nothing while your coworkes at the drive thru are backed up. Be better. (Sunday 9/10, 11:25am).
