We came here to celebrate our very recent wedding, and nearly everything was a disappointment. First, we made a note about our celebration, and they sat us smack dab in the middle of two giant parties with lots of young kids. Not exactly romantic, and it got so loud that we requested a change of tables (can’t tell you the last time we had to do that at any restaurant, let alone an expensive steakhouse). Also disappointing that our server wasn’t even told about our celebration (he overheard our conversation and literally learned about our wedding 20 minutes into being seated). The food was generally very bland. Overly tough shrimp cocktail; strange meatballs; undercooked Brussels sprouts. The steak was fine, but as a true sign of how mediocre this place was, the food runner offered us ketchup, hot sauce, and salt/pepper as soon as he delivered our ribeye and filet steaks (at an expensive steakhouse, who on earth is ordering ketchup?). Finally, the server offered us free dessert. We ordered the key lime pie which was another disappointment. A few stars were given because our server was perfectly friendly and sweet, and we enjoyed his personality (and I added a star after outreach by the manager).Edit: the manager followed up and was very apologetic and thoughtful about the entire situation which meant a lot. He took ownership of the issues and really made no excuses. I really appreciated that. We’ll give this another shot in the future.

Of all the places I've been this places service was above and beyond. Every member was ready to to help, attentive to every need and incrediby knowledgeable about the menu and ready with recommendations. That alone deserved the 5 starts, but man the food was something else. Our party ordered just about everything. The alaskan king crab legs, lobster tails, rack of lamb, A5 wagu, shrimp, and butcher cuts were all phenomenal. Even the sides were a step above anything I've had. The specialty cocktails and deserts were incredible too! Worth every penny, and when it comes to steakhouses that's hard praise for me to give. It's put maple and ash, buck and rider, and all those other overly hyped places to shame.

Updating this review. Been here many times and everytime I went, I really really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and most of all how the waiters serve us. Would continue coming here every year

Came to celebrate an anniversary. Ribeye was not impressive, honestly can get it anywhere else. Just overall nothing special about the meal, very expensive. Service was great though.

I am critical of restaurants and this one was near perfect. From valet to host and all other aspects through out the night made for a perfect evening. The gold standard wagyu was cooked to perfection, the staff was remarkably well trained. I would truly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for an experience of dinning pleasure

Do not go here if you want to talk to your dinner date! It is very crowded, noisy and unpleasant. The poor servers can hardly move between all the customers that they pack in. This is a huge safety issue! To pay hundreds $$$ of dollars for a meal that should be enjoyable, romantic and special- and it is not. Extremely disappointed!

Absolutely mind blown by the way staff treated my husband when he went inside the restaurant to pick up our to-go order. They were unfriendly and made him feel like he was trying to steal food we paid for. I had to text him a screenshot of our order. I've never had a restaurant request a proof of purchase, which isn't a big deal. Just maybe don't act like snobs towards your customers and make them feel like they don't belong in your establishment. When we got back to the hotel, I realized my Caesar salad had no dressing. How is it possible to charge $20 for an entree and forget one of the main ingredients?

The absolute best experience. Thank you staff and ownership. I took my father there when he was in town for his and my first time tonight (04/02/2024). This will be my go to place for special occasions as well as casual outings. The staff behind the bar was magnificent as well as the greeting we had at the door. The staff at the door recognized my fathers service in the military and thank him for his service. I look forward to returning. Again thank you for the dining experience that we experienced and look forward to the next visit. The New York steak, Filet Mignon, the bread and Hasselback potatoes were amazing.

. My appetizer was great, dessert was great but everything else needed salt or flavor.Service 5/5 our server and her assistant were on point, I never ran out of drinks.Came here for my 10 year anniversary based on online recommendations. Appetizer of pork belly was great, drinks were great. For dinner my server recommended the tomahawk, which was off menu, we got it and instead of a nice buttery flavor it was flavorless. It could've atleast had salt. Dessert we went off menu and got the beignet tree which was great, loved the little happy anniversary.Would I come here again? Maybe if they season the other steaks.
