I never expect too much for service but the staff was very aloof, maybe because it was early? Don’t waste you money on the egg and bagel sandwich or hash brown. The hash brown was soggy and soft. The bagel was dry and the sandwich overall was very unappetizing.

First time here and loved it! I got the Italian sandwich and it was excellent! If you're downtown Phoenix before 3pm, stop by!

Toasted honey ham w/ mayo, deli mustard, hot pepper and a matcha latte. Great quick lunch. Looooved the matcha latte especially!

Walked in around 9:15AM, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged in any way. There weren’t other customers just employees standing around. They have signs saying going this way for drink and another way for food to order. I stood around for a second clearly confused and then walked out. Guess it’s hard to help customers?

Pricey spot for a stingy kitchen. Also kinda slow, took 10 minutes for a bagel.

Great sandwiches fast service and a genuine smile as they greet you as you come up to order. I need to start taking pictures of my journeys around town so that I can share them and maybe capture alittle if what I try to describe.Parking: I don't know what's going on but parking is available just not to close. So be ready to walk alittle unless you get very lucky and you find something across the street.Wheelchair accessibility: Low tables, and enough space to use a wheel chair or walker comfortably.

Nice little sandwich shop. I got the Italian which was fresh and a tad spicy. The Oreo malt was pretty good as well. A little pricey but good quality food.

If there was a chance to give this place 0 stars I would. Dropped by here for a quick bite before court. As I entered the establishment I felt like I was being constantly watched and hovered over. The manager looked over my shoulder and watched as I filled my water cup at the fountain drink area. I'm all for supporting small business but not for places that make me feel uncomfortable with their service. Not worth any coins. I would lick the floor of Subway instead.
