THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS LOCATION. SAW THE SERVER MAKING A SUB AND TURN AROUND AND COUGHED IN HIS GLOVES AND TURN BACK AROUND TO FINISH THE SUB. WHY STOP HIM. I know that look of I don’t care when I see it. #MAYBE ITS FRESH MAYBE ITS NOT#PAY

Worst Subway sandwich ever had to trash it did not eat it. No sauce just a trickle of meat subsituted with extra onions, hey i like onions but an obion sandwich with a smiggen of steak is no go. I ordered a steak sandwich less onions did not come with the sauce I ordered. No footlong cookie so they subsitute 3 cookies instead. Absolutly worst subway experience ever..

Food was fine, however, me and 3 of my friends came in one night. One of my friends needed to use the bathroom, and the first chick assumed that none of my friends were there to buy because she said “you have to buy to use the bathroom”. I told them that I’m paying for my 3 friends. They forgot about the bathroom key. When I asked for it again 5 minutes later, the two ladies in front said that it was too late to use the bathroom. What kind of world do we live in if it’s filled with customer service that doesn’t give a freak about its customers? Never buying from this subway again.

So I've had a very disgusting and rude interaction with the service at this location. I had made a mistake on my order and wanted to redo it and after my rewards had not been applied. The workers called their manager Austina who then said it had to be done on my end in the app. So I said ok and tried navigating the app and to no avail after exhausting all options within the app I then tried researching if there was a customer service phone number to have it then removed/canceled again to no avail. I then reiterate to the cashier at the time that there was no way to refund it on my end and if possible to recall the manager. (The subway official website even states that I have to go back to the location same day to have it canceled)After recalling the manager we finally were able to get it canceled so I try to reorder to apply my rewards and then I'm told that the worker was instructed by the same manager to not remake/start on my order. So in other words I was asked to leave is how I took that. Because subway is literally about sub sandwiches. So this has by far been the worst experience. And the treatment regarding the issue as though they had no way to help me and then miraculously they were able to refund me is ridiculous I am by far appalled and disgusted by this behavior. I surely hope yall get your stuff together. Because this business is raggedy.

The young man working did a great job. I placed the order online. I received a call from him and was informed they were out of 2 ingredients for the sandwiches I ordered. Let me know my options. In today's world, most people would have taken the easy route and made the sandwiches and hoped I never caught the different ingredients. He did a great job. This was on - 11-12-23, about 9pm. GREAT JOB young man!

I went to the subway last night, And it was just what i was in the mood for. I went with my usual, a turkey and bacon sub with all the veggies and dash of honey mustard. Its like a comforting routine for me. It was a quick and convenient meal, perfect for a busy evening when i didn't feel like cooking. Plus its a reliable option when you are craving something familiar and tasty.

Clean & tasty but inflation is a joke. Where are the meat slicer they've been advertising.. Killer staff. Very friendly. Like the guy with green hair and the awesome Hispanic woman. Aweful!!!! I didn't even get the basics. No cheese, no tomatoes and no mayo. Why??? Was it too hard?? I'll just start ordering from the other Subway. Apparently this location doesn't need business.
