Most of the time, I get an excellent sandwich. This time, I got a deli taco in a bread shell. Meat should be on one side, veggies on the other, not meat in the middle and veggies on top.

I placed an order online a philly steak foot long and they gave me a cold cut footlong toasted. Bread is hard and I was not able to eat it. I called and they wouldn't answer just let it ring, picked up and left it silent. So disappointing. Had to order food somewhere else.

Marco was the employee who made our 3 sandwiches when the place got packed with customers. He kept his cool, was very helpful, attentive, patient but quick and efficient. He made our sandwiches really good. I was impressed at how great he was at his job. I would definitely come back with my family. Great service and good food ???

I dont blame subway but the dasher they assigned to deliver my sandwhich went to the wrong address, refused to bring to the right address and left my food on the floor out in the sun outside of a busy office building. He literally argued with my receptionist and when he wasn't happy with the directions which were correctly relayed on the driver notes, he left it on the concrete and made my receptionist go outside to retrieve it. I called customer service to attempt to retrieve my service fee and tip and have yet to be reimbursed with anything stating that it's "subways responsibility".

Amazing customer service experience, Francis was an amazing person and was very kind. I don't know this store's number because I lost my receipt but I would love to give them a review on subway listens. Again amazing customer service and it was very clean!

I just received my order for what i thought was a pro tuna sub and this is suppose to be with more tuna.. I am very disappointed. I would add the picture to this review if I could. I was looking at the receipt and it was entered incorrectly also. When I ordered online I selected tuna under best sellers and modified it to be a PRO sub, it did not record this correctly and the sub I got had even less tuna than I normally get on a regular sub. I am also confused by which store made this sub because the delivery text says w McDowell but the receipt says N Dysart.
