If i could rate this place no stars i would !Waste of complete time , me and my husband went tonight to get some sandwiches with a coupon that was NOT expired, Oscar the worker allowed me order a sandwich that did not apply to the coupon until half way of making it , even though the first thing I showed him was the coupon.He was very slow making them & than when it came time to pay the system was not taking my coupon and the cashier just stood their looking at us saying for $40.00 even the coupon said $12.99.Overall the cashier just made it seem like he didn’t care and didn’t want to help us at all.Will never go back.

Not my first visit here but may be the last. I placed an online order as 1139am for a 1240pm pu time. I arrive early and did not mind that wait time. My pu time comes and goes and my order has not even been started! One couple getting their order made when I arrived. Another person walks in and he is taken care of. Another person walks in and the same. I finally get acknowledged and they both look at the order sitting on the counter next to the printer. They have a discussion and finally one decides to get started on the order. I had to help him along the way as it was a simple order with comments that he paid no attention to. The second guy gets involved and he is great. Both were extremely slow but one at least was attentive and the other made errors with a simple cookie request. The location closes at 3pm on a Sunday (football day!) and the weekend? I would avoid the location if you can and go south, north or west to another one. I am always looking for a positive experience to post about but the pickings are very slim these days.

Just waited 40 minutes in this store for nothing with only ONE person ahead of me. Horrible customer service There was only one person working and when he FINALLY made the two subs I came for he told me BOTH of my bank cards were declined. I went right across the street to get gas and my card worked just fine! I’ll never come here again! GET MORE HELP and fix your damn card machine!

I love subway they don't mess up my order the only thing that irritates me is that I order online it says pick up at a certain time I get there and my order is never ready.. And then they assume I ordered to the wrong location which us understandable but its really just their system. So if anything call beforehand to make sure it got started, which honestly I wish it wasn't something I had to do
