I have subs from this place multiple times, adding extra meat to two of subs,each time never get the extra meat, but yet the subway in the metro did it the right way the first time. Theses guys are scamming the meat.

Ok, so... I 100% think that my order was intentionally messed up because I did NOT tip. Bro, if I could afford to tip, I wouldn't be going to Subway using coupons! Y'all need to take those issues to the employer rather than ask customers like myself to supplement your income(s)!Now let's talk about the order - that turkey sandwich on the right was supposed to have a lot of toppings - as you can see on the receipt here. It literally has NO toppings, no condiments... just turkey and cheese, toasted. The roast beef sandwich on the left has all the toppings, but because it was ordered with no condiments, that means neither of these sandwiches have a single condiment. It's a good thing there was mayo and mustards and all kinds of sauces where I was going, but that was just lucky. I will add I even typed in the special instructions requesting a side of the garlic aioli sauce and napkins... and surprise! Also not provided! Hahahaha!!I'm kinda thinking this Subway has lost my business. And I've always previously praised this location. Here I am giving them a 2 star rating today, mostly because this is the first bad experience. These kinds of mistakes would be hard to make by accident - missing EVERY sauce on the order and EVERY topping on 1 of the subs...I say all of that to say this: They would do well to remember there are a LOT of other sandwich choices in this area. Good service retains good customers. ?

When I went last there was a woman in front of me with @ least 20 different customized subs she was ordering for her Bible study. The 2 employees handled her order as quickly as possible. They handled the stress of having a huge order right during the dinner rush very well.

Came in to use the restroom, guy with glasses and facial hair asked me if I was going to buy anything. I said that it's stupid that I would have to but agreed to. He then responded "I'm not even gonna deal" and walked into the back. Didn't even get the opportunity to order.
