They are not a corporate location so their food is just better and that poor guy at night we came in like 30 minutes to close so no wonder he wasn't too happy about it he looked so tired but I got him to laugh.

I tried to buy $45 worth of food. Was also going to give them at least $5 tip and they would not accept a $50 dollar bill - and they made the sandwiches and because they said they wouldn't accept the $50 bill -I'm sure those sandwiches went right to the trash - the big girl was being....very short - fyi don't bring more than $20 in cash- in which i could have paid for- if I had 3 $20 bills , but not $50 dollar bill... Yikes!

My husband and I came here to get sandwiches for dinner around 8:25pm on 8/10/23. The first thing that hits you in the face is a bad sewer like smell. The second has one guy with a dark hair with a ponytail he acted, and built my husband's sandwich like a true sandwich artisan. The other guy with a noise ring and glasses not so much he sloppily put my sandwich together and put a glob of mustard at one end after being told easy mustard. I asked him to remove that glob please and he did by removing a piece of meat then was gonna finish putting together without replacing that piece of meat he threw out. He is very rude and needs to be retrained on how to treat customers and make your food the Subway way or needs to be fired I he won't do the job right. You can see by the pictures which slop was my sandwich and the other my husband's. Don't know if we will return to this location even though it's close to our house. Hope changes are made with this kid. Also they should have name tags

Didn’t get greeted or even acknowledged when we walked in. They had one customer before us that ordered like 6 sandwiches. 2 workers and not one said “Will be right with you, or We apologize for the wait” they both were a little on the rude side. No thank you’s nothing. The interior was a little dirty and their cucumbers looked like they were frozen and starting to unthaw. The one making our sandwiches didnt change her gloves after touching salami pepperoni etc. I don’t like all those meats and they really shuld change gloves..

OK I went there the first time couple of days ago and my order was a large pro ,but once I got back home I seen it had no mayonnaise and it is was not cut in half. I took this is just a once in a lifetime occurrence .OK waited two days later I go back to order two subs both Maid Pro,so when you order online the toppings are already on there you just choose if you want to remove them or keep them I get back home after I remind the sandwich maker that hey can you make sure that my subs are cut she says yes they’re cut I get back home my subs are not cut and there’s no toppings there’s nothing on it just bread and meat uncut I go back to the store and she argues with me that I have to add the toppings online when you order online they’re already on there I just add extra or I remove them, I will never return to this subway.

I have been eating at this Arby's Often on since 2007 based on my job location. I've always experienced nothing but fresh food and friendly customer service. Often I find myself ordering the same thing over and over and enjoying it every time. In the last few years the lobby has been updated and as always it is clean and inviting. If I'm not mistaken, the management has been the same for the entire time I've been going and I think the five stars and excellent quality and freshness of the food is a reflection of a well done job.
