I went to this location and was wow’d by the service I received. My sandwich was fresh and the customer service was great. I didn’t get her name but she had tattoos with black hair, it was her friendliness and how attentive she was with my order. Definitely a 10/10 experience ?

I’ve come to this location several times in the last 6 months and the restaurant area is always very clean.The food is always very fresh.The customer service has always been superb and the employees are super helpful.They are a bit busy but always kind and helpful.

This is the third time I've had terrible food and poor service from this facility. The new people they hire are working alone, are untrained, and are making bad subs. I had to walk the sandwich artist through my order while assisting to keep them calm. This location should close if you cannot provide a quality product. It's not the fault of the workers. I will be supporting a small business in my area for my daily sub going forward. Shame on you Subway.

Completed a mobile order and it said about 20 min until order was ready. I walked in 5 min later order was just finished. Came home to the best looking sun from subway I’ve ever seen and was perfect. The girl working at the time blonde girl was extremely polite and definitely took her time and did not rush. She deserves a raise.

A worker named Maya treats other coworkers with disrespect as far as even screaming at them for making simple mistakes when they’re new workers and still need training. Nobody should be disrespected or yelled at, especially in front of customers. It’s just unprofessional and completely appalling. No worker should ever be belittled and yelled at, especially to the point where a customer had to stick up for the poor worker getting yelled at for something she didn’t even do wrong. disgusting behavior.

We are neighborhood people. We've watched this Subway go from bad to worse, but today was the worst ever. I ordered a turkey with swiss, toasted. I got a blob of turkey, no cheese, and the bread turned hard as a rock. I ordered a Mexican subway that had no flavor. Although there is a machine to slice the meat (like the competitors do) they don't do it at this Subway. The girl was nice, and it always makes me sad that one girl is there all by herself. The place is clean as a whistle. I wish I could say the food were good. But it's not.

When your craving a good sandwich with All the fixing I go to Subway. Mmmm Ham & cheese with pepper jack! Oooh bacon please. Herb and cheese bread, get my spinach, black olives with onions, tomatoes, cucumber and pickles with a line of Mayo and oil...done. veggie are fresh. At my house is not ? That's my sandwich!

Tacky and cheap!!! A man in a red polo (I assume the manager) came in as the other employee was making my sandwiches and made him remove 2 or 3 meatballs off the sandwich because I guess he accidentally put too many. That's right, they were already on there for a good minute or so but he made the guy TAKE THEM OFF and put them back with the rest in the container. I asked if they were allowed to mess with a sandwich like that by just removing stuff right in front of me and he said it didn't matter since it didn't "Ruin" the sandwich in any way. He was very condescending towards me almost acting annoyed that I dare bring it up and after he rolled his eyes, asked me if he could offer me "Free water" which confuses me as water is already free, isn't it? I have worked in fast food before and I know that if the restaurant makes a mistake with an order such as giving extra food out, you DO NOT casually take it back from a customer and return it it to the kitchen area or whatever as YOU messed up and that is YOUR fault and responsibility to NOT repeat the same mistake, NOT the customer. Plus it seems nasty, tacky, and cheap to put the meatballs back in the container when they had already been on someone's sandwich touching the cheese and everything. What a hero this red polo shirt man is, being a bootlicker for a multi-million dollar company and policing the food given out.

I'm still waiting for Subway to start slicing their own meat because the portions are very small filled with lettuce tomato and onions and bread but once they start competing with the other franchises they might stay in business very skimpy

Not a good look. Single employee clearly didn't want to be there. Headphone in ear, no pleasantries, and moving way too slow for a restaurant that is in need of prep work. Couldn't have tomatoes on my sandwich because they were out. Most of the other veggies trays were bare and the chicken looked pretty iffy as well. Then instead of spreading the dressing, it was globbed on like someone making a burger at McDonalds. No change availble for cash payment. And then the first 3 soft drinks I tried to get were out as well. Talk about a mess. If you're going to have a single employee working by themselves, make sure they can multi-task.
