I would give this Subway 50 stars. I hosted a student event with 215 students. This portion of the event was part of a larger professional gathering with an attendance of over 1,200. You can imagine my nerves. It was outside, I was keeping my fingers crossed they could find me, nervous about the timing, yadda, yadda. Boy, did this team deliver. The manager called in advance multiple times to confirm, called upon arrival and then his crew swept in like the A-team and all was said in done in under 5 minutes. Thank you, thank you, thank you.If you're planning an event, the lunchboxes work well. Since it was an outside event, it helped little ones manage the balancing of the food on their laps as they sat in the lawn, and the box helped keep items secure when the breeze kicked up.Thank you to Hannibal and his team ;) I love it when a plan comes together.

food is good but customer service was TERRIBLEgirl had an attitude and kept laughing with her coworker while taking my order, rushed me and looked irritated when i was making my mind up….. had an attitude the whole time it was just a really bad experience overall, the number id on the receipt says served by 1717 i went in on thursday night

Nice Subway store. I visited tonight and had a good experience. My sandwich was ready when I got there (app order) and the gals working we're nice.
The food is very delicious because, as always, I usually add things to my liking butvery bad customer service making fun of what we add extra, each customer has their choice, very rude, two Latinas who think they are Americans, gringos thinking that we didn't understand English. I put in an online order for a Monster on Whole wheat. TOASTED with avocado. I got a soggy non-toasted whole wheat roll that looks like it had been sat on. Soggy wonder bread texture with no avocado, none. The service staff were young girls that didn't seem to understand the specials that the store was offering. So I couldn't get my buy one foot-long and get a second. They did get the cookie right. Ambiance is it is a Subway.
