Had a horrible experience at Popeyes up the street so I came here. Soon as I walked in the 2 ladies greet me in a friendly tone and take my order. The store is clean and veges look fresh! She made my sandwich perfectly and rang me up. I mean I was in and out with GREAT SERVICE!!!! The food was so good and I appreciate the Awesome customer service!! You ladies rock!!!! Thank you for providing a great experience!!!!!!!

We walked in at 8h30pm (they close at 10 pm), the place was empty, and it seemed they're done cleaning. The guy was so annoyed (body language) and treated us with such an attitude that I felt I needed to cancel our orders and leave.If it wasn't for my son who was craving a subway, I'd have left.The guy was so annoyed that he did not even cut the sandwiches or asked us if we wanted a combo meal.My son was scared to even order a drink. It's such a nightmare unusual experience. The staff there is usually welcoming and respectful.

I ordered on the SUBWAY® app from DoorDash and I did not receive my order. I also called the store to see if they had broccoli soup because on the app they did not have it and I called and I spoke to the manager and she’s like there’s nothing I could do bad customer service don’t recommend to come to this store The manager is rude She also has a accent, does not know how to speak English. As an manager she supposed to be helping out she should get fired has no customer service at all.

Employees are rude and unsanitary. A heavy set man named Manuel made my sandwich. he stopped making my food and helped another employee on the POS system and then continued to make my food with dirty gloves that he just put all over the computer. he also didn’t even cut my sandwich. Don’t waste your time

The employees here are such great and kind people, but they’re overworked and underpaid. Most busy nights they’re scheduled to work alone and don’t get breaks when they need one. Subway needs to do better for their employees. Fast food workers are human too.

My favorite Subway.Mgrs Philip & Lauren and staff are great. I had them make me the boss(Sinatra & Springsteen)sub on pre toasted cheese bread, with meatballls,pepperoni or salami, real mozzarella,it is the best.The staff is also great.
