This place needs new ALL NEW CREW MEMBERS except for Ricardo Ruiz......this entire place was disguisting and floor was FILTHY. The meat was left out of refrigerator And flies we're all over it. They had NO CRACKERS ON SOUP DAY AND THERE TONS OF FLIES FLYING AROUND...

Ordered footlong Spicy Italian Sub. Sub was terrible. Back in the 80's their subs were the best, they are now the worst. Tasteless, portion was so small and cost was not worth the product. I would not recommend.

I was refused service...simply because they are closing 3 hours earlier than posted, because they claim they are too busy to take more customers, only 3 people were in line. The door wasn't even locked, They told me to leave the building, 3 HOURS BEFORE STORE CLOSING. ???.

I ordered online pickup and when I arrived the doors were locked. A bigger man was sweeping and a younger girl behind the counter. He screamed through the door online !? For who ? I told him my name and he screamed It to the girl incorrectly and locked the door behind him not allowing me to come in while the girl rolled her eyes. It was 30 minutes before closing. I say back in the car and after waiting he stand in the door way waving his arm saying it’s right here. Luckily I checked my sandwiches before I drove off. They condiments were on the wrong sandwiches switched. Went back to the door told him how they were incorrectly made and he said are you sure did you check the other one too. They were both wrong. I asked to sit inside and what time the closed and he said they closed early to catch up on some things. Idk what that means but if I would’ve came any later would’ve I have gotten my food ? He hesitated before letting us and locked us in while they remade the sandwiches. Then promptly locked the door behind us

Last night, I had a frustrating experience at Subway at this location, where two workers complained incessantly while making my sandwiches, because I arrived 30 minutes before closing. Their negative attitude was evident throughout the process, making what should have been a simple and pleasant meal into an unpleasant encounter. Despite my attempts to remain patient, their constant griping created an uncomfortable atmosphere, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall service. It was disappointing to receive my meal in such a negative environment, highlighting the importance of good customer service in ensuring a positive dining experience. They then proceeded to kick out another group of people when they arrived 10 minutes before closing.

Getting a sub here is getting treated like you're an inconvenience. These tortas have the worst attitude. They make your sandwich sloppy as hell with no fucks to give.

If you have an online pickup shelf right inside the door then people are going to sit there staring at it waiting for their food only to feel like morons when they are finally able to get through the line of people that can’t go three seconds without talking on their phones at the register to find out your hot sandwich has been cooling off, and stewing in its own juices on a countertop.Either use the shelf, put a sign on it saying you’re not using it, or call out the name on the order when it’s ready.Customer service isn’t rocket science.

I would give 0 stars if I could the service here is terrible.We waited for our sandwich for 15 minutes and the whole time they were ready and instead of the staff telling us or putting them on the shelf saying they were ready they just kept talking to each other about things non work related and obviously not working (three ladies) at 3:13 pm sep 4 do better!
