How do you get ahold of someone from this place? Ordered five subs today and they gave me all cheese bread. My kids don’t like that and it’s not what I asked for. They also placed cheese on my sub when I said no cheese! I can’t have cheese! Cheese bread and cheese on! Who can I contact for a refund??

I ordered on Uber eats so I didn't watch them make it. But... They gave me ham. I didn't want it. I only wanted turkey. The bacon looked raw and definitely not toasted like asked. And it is drowned in Chipotle sauce. I asked for sliced avocado. I got mush. This is GROSS. Do better. I'm ordering again and tried to call in to make sure it isn't messy and no answer.

I asked for a footlong cookie, and the employee rolled her eyes and smacked her teeth at me. She didn’t even give me my total or speak to me at all. The attitude was not needed.

They sell auntie Anne's pretzels. Stay away! Craving a pretzel but didn't realize they were already cooked in a bag and they just warm it up. It was nasty. They should not use the name auntie Anne's for the pretzel! $5.00 for 10bites. Not worth it!

Food is fine but service was complete garbage on my most recent visit. Disrespectful with the most attitude.Went to pickup an order that was placed online and as I entered the store, the employee told me to not order anything and leave. Ignored me as I tried to share that I already ordered and paid.Even when this guy finally decided to hear me out and give me my sandwiches, hassled me over the fact that an email confirmation was not proof enough.

I just have to say that an employee by the name of Tom gave me one of the most enjoyable experiences at a subway! I would go back just for his level of service. He was quick, attentive, friendly, and personable.

Subway hires the best! Donovan is the most courteous and polite employee. He worked very diligently putting our 4 subs together as we all barked out our orders. ? Not skipping a beat he conversed with us as he worked. Excellent Job Donavon!! ?

My sister found glass! In her meatball sub she said she thinks it was in the sauce I tried calling to inform them and they dont answer. Thank God she didn't cut her mouth or swallow it.

Yall just hating. The person name Paige made my sandwich and they made it look like art! I don't normally order subway cause I get anxious but she was very calm and made me feel calm too! Best sandwich I've had in a while! Thank you!
