I understand I have a weird order and not many people know how to ring it up but I’ve never had an issue at this location until today the man that served me asked what I wanted and I told him what I usually order “ a foot-long on Italian herb and cheese bread, but it’s only going to be tomato mayonnaise, salt, and pepper” and he proceeds to put 8 of the smallest slices of tomatoes I have ever seen on the bread 2 lines of Mayo and 2 dashes of salt and pepper and after he gets done making it he asks what people usually ring it up as because it an unusual order I understand and I tell him honestly “a veggie sub but because it’s not a whole veggie sub it’s usually discounted a little” AND HE PROCEEDS TO CHARGE ME $9 FOR BREAD TOMATOES MAYO AND SALT AND PEPPER

I will say that the assistant manager is very rude. For the last 3 visits he's has been rude and disrespectful. The only reason that I give Subway 3 stars is because Makela (I hope I spelled her name correctly). This young lady is always pleasant and goes out her way to make my sandwich. She has the best customer service. The sandwich are always above standards. This review would have been a 5 star if it won't for the rude assistant manager.

I visited this Subway, located inside the Super Wal-Mart at Metro Center Mall on a Monday. I ordered a roast beef sandwich with cheese and mayo- and nothing else. It was a decent size and I was very happy. I returned on Thursday of the same week and ordered the same sandwich. The female employee made my sandwich but didn't offer to show it to me as I was off getting a beverage. To my dismay, when I looked it was nothing like the sandwich I had just 3 days prior. It had 2 thin slices of meat, very little cheese and a lot of mayo. I paid $8.39 for a 6 inch sandwich and expected 1/2 inch or more of meat. I took the photo I posted and ate it. I returned after work and the guy who made my sandwich on Monday was working. I explained everything and he offered to remake my sandwich, and I said yes. He said he could not refund the money because I had eaten the sandwich. And as he continued to help other customers casually told me that the amount of product has recently decreased and that basically a roast beef sandwich consists of two slices of meat. And that he would remake my sandwich with two pieces of meat and could possibly add a third slice. At that point I walked out completely disgusted and hungry.

Absolutely IGNORED my 0nline order instructions, got my Salad completely wrong, DROWNED in dressing when I ordered "LESS" dressing, NO extra Olives, NO extra Lettuce (that I paid for!) NO extra Banana peppers, horrible Mayo- overload Tuna salad! I tried calling for 20+ minutes to get Dressing ON THE SIDE, they Never answered! And then they offered more dressing in Store, as if they hadn't drowned it!I won't ever go to this store again! =(

I frequently go to this subway, but Now I will NEVER go here again. First off, the senior employee wears sexual pins on his subway hat, like that is acceptable, they depict sexual acts. There were children in the subway, but I guess this location is okay being associated with that kind of stuff. This employee proudly wears a 5 year employee pin. Secondly, I come to this location frequently and all of a sudden, they just don't accept coupons anymore? The employee tells me they only accept 1 terrible type of deal of a coupon, and has the audacity to tell me its always been like that. A complete lie because I come there often and use a coupon EVERY time. The food is not worth the price and now they want to gouge you for more money. Awesome. I will never come to Subway again.

The employees refused to wear hair nets and the employee with a bushy hair was flinging hair all over the place and fling sweat all over the product and food he refused to put on a hairnet when requested and according to state and federal laws all employees and food business industry must wear a hairnet please contact the health authority

This Subway has really horrible customer service. Don’t order Postmates from them because they don’t put stickers on their bags. Someone chewed up some food and spit it out on my sub. Postmates gave me a refund however when I called Subway to tell them what happened they hung up on me. Don’t eat here it’s unsanitary and gross.
