I’ve never seen two stoned or dumb teenagers fail so miserably at pretending to be at work. I had to repeat myself a dozen times, and one tried to put meatballs on my other sandwich. They were two separate sandwiches. What I got was awful. I just flushed $25 and any hopes of ever going to Subway again down the toilet.Edit: I know Subway Franchisees have a hard time. I’m sorry. I really am. But seriously. Hire an appropriate staff or just get out.

If I could give no stars I would, but if course the rating starts at 1 star. I'll never return to this location again. My order was not made the way it should've been, as I ordered online... then I call to let them no of their mistake and they still couldn't accommodate me. No matter what, I should've been accommodated how I wanted, since they messed up my order. I was not going to drive all the way back over to the restaurant again, in 1 day. They should've allowed a replacement in whatever day I wanted for their mess up. Very dissatisfied at this location... from now on I will only go to deer valley location. They know how to treat their customers.

It's my consistent lunch spot during the week. Clean and staff are friendly and quick. Some Subways get a bad rap, but this team makes it perfect.

The app sent my order to the wrong store and I couldn't fix it because they don't answer the phone, I've called 5 times and it just rings and rings and no one picks up.

Horrible customer service . I dont know what's going on with sabway but there is different way to save. Overpriced, the employees look miserable and unhappy. This is was the thinner sub I ever had . ? Not recommended.

Great location unhappy employee……Thursday night, I’m on the one meal a day plan, so when I come in to get my salad I’m looking for a nice experience for my one meal I’ve been fasting for all day 20 hours, I’m in a good mood why can’t your employees be, why in such a hurry!!!!Isn’t the customer what you need?Added egg to my Salad wow what a differenceGreat food here

Went in on Sat. 5/13/23 at noon and ordered a Boss sandwich and the girl was saying she was going to charge me $2 extra for mozzarella cheese. I pointed out that in the description on the menu the price includes mozzarella cheese. She didn't seem to understand and not know what she was doing. I understand if she's new, but she should check this out first. After I repeated myself twice she then remembered that I had ordered the Boss. Then a mean old woman came out of the back and snapped at me even though she didn't have a clue on what was occurring. All of the staff working with the exception of the man, looked absolutely miserable. Couldn't tell you the girl's name as she wears a subway name tag with no name on there. Figures. Very rude. Crossing this place off our list. Customer service is not their forte.

It is an average subway but what's a bit irritating is that some employees will give double cheese for veggie delight sandwiches (which is the norm for subway) and some employees will not. I think subways in general offers this so it is a bit off putting to not receive that same service. Hoping they give the double cheese next time or make it a policy with all employees that they are not doing this practice!

This location is usually pretty good. Not when I went around 6:20pm yesterday. I went in, the little bell dinged so someone knew I came in. Went to the restroom, came out, looked around... Nobody in sight at all. Not one employee inside. So I walked out to my car, as I'm unlocking my doors, here comes the employee taking her sweet time walking back. Mind you not saying a word to me by the time she got to the freaking door. Like hey I'm sorry, etc nope. Just looks at me like she is lost or forgot she works there. She was apparently behind the shopping center emptying the trash. Leaving the restaurant completely unattended. Anybody want free chips? Maybe some cold cuts? How about a free soda? Cookies? After that, I think I'll go to a different Subway where the employees are adults or people that understand work ethic. Or if anyone wants to stop by tomorrow I'll make you a sandwich. ?? See ya@ 6:30?

After getting my shopping done I decided to try this subway place was really clean and the sandwich were great. Plus the girls (Jannat & Laci)they were amazing and the most polite. I've ever seen in my any Subway so far I been. Plus they recognize their regular ones. Definitely recommended.

Horrible customer service. Low vibe no smiling employees that dont know anything about customer service. Ive worked at subway making 7.50 an hour for 2 years . And could bust out 10 quality sandwhiches quicker than what i saw today. Why are "call in" orders being taken care of before in store customers? Why not finish an in store customer and get back to finishing your call in orders. Had one guy holding up the line with 6 or so sandwhiches for atleast 15 mins. If the guy had 6 sandwhiches they could of finished mine rang me up than get back to finishing his order..but no, they made me wait 20 mins. Made half my sandwhich and began the customer behind me!!!! Didnt give me a discount or anything! Id be fired! Say excuse me sir do you mind if i ring her up real quick and than continue making his! You dont just hold up a line like that. .....please train this generation
