Staff is very rude. They ran out of few vegetables and did not inform me before making my sandwich. he tosted the bread and talk to me like I have to buy it as they have tosted the bread.

Been to this subway a couple times and every time the kid who CLEARLY HAS A DRUG PROBLEM does my sandwich it's awful! I don't even think the kid knows he's at work, only reason I keep coming back is because its close to my work and there's an african american guy who does a great job and is very friendly and quick with his service . Went in today hoping it wasn't tweaker dude and ofc it was dude seriously couldn't even look at me with his eyes open for more than a second. Slurring his words and almost fell over MULTIPLE TIMES. Not only that dude literally had his hair dangling all over the place including my food and it didn't look clean ONE BIT on top of it. I feel bad for the dude, but like come on i'm paying for a dirty sandwich that takes 25 min to make because the guy can't comprehend that he's even alive. I'm shocked he's even still there ! The owner needs to do something about it immediately!

I would recommend background checks and drug tests for the entire staff. I will not ever patronize this store for my own personal safety again, until I'm satisfied these tasks are completed and any failures terminated immediately.

Out of half the meats for my sandwich no soup, soda machine not working try to up sell bottled soda, no basket for dine in napkins behind counter just cheaply run obviously a owner is running it as cheaply as possible never go to a Subway im north Scottsdale again the only other time in a location about a mile away was the sameWheelchair accessibility: Park in front

It's subway usually the exact same every subway I go. Never disappointed. They can use a little more meat but if u want u can just add double meat for a reasonable charge.

Walked in the door for lunch just now and found 4-5 people in front of me. The gentleman behind the counter rudely yells to everyone…”you’ve got at least a 20 minute wait ahead of you.” Everyone starts to leave and he loudly follows up “that’s how we do that.” I’ve never left a poor review prior to this but regardless of reasoning, it is unacceptable to clear an entire restaurant and then be rude about it as folks are already leaving.
