Just called because my Doordash driver has been waiting 20mins for my order I ordered 40 min ago he said staff are low and very forgetfull man infeont of him had to repeat his order like 10 times.. and so I called trying to see if there was an issue and if I needed to re order she was extremely rude and said " your orders probably been done and yea well like I said we're busy so he's problem stuck in drive through so yea bye"..... so considering I ordered hot sandwiches probably cold now....will be calling a Manger in the morning very unprofessional and rude. Do not recommend no matter the 24/7 convenience for the disrespectful staff.UPDATEMy meatball marinara were completely soggy and barely warm.... 2/10 do not recommend ?

Literally in bed recovering from surgery and ordered a 6” through Uber eats. Long story short— sandwich was totally wrong, called to complain, obviously annoyed, and the manager argued with me about my order being right. Side note— not even the same size sandwich with none of the customizations entered through the app. He hung up on me and didn’t answer when I called back. Thankfully, I live close by and will come in once recovered.

Staff was friendly. Food was mediocre, at best. Wait time was ridiculous. Bread was over cooked and hard as a rock. Out of just about everything we asked for. Will not be going here again. And would never recommend this place to anyone ever!!!

Went to the late night drive thru and ordered a chicken teriyaki and had asked for it toasted and waited while he toasted before continuing the order. Got home and it wasn't toasted. Was still a good sandwich just a strange thing to lie about.

I have attempted to call and resolve this however no one is answering the phone (5 times). Did not receive bag of chips that were paid for as per receipt. Also items included on receipt for The Beast, no onions, banana peppers, green peppers, no Baja Chipotle sauce, no mayo or vinegrette. Just a dry sandwiche, the smallest Beast sandwich ever purchased. Very disappointed
24 hour service is their best part. They have never messed up with the order and my goto place for late night cravings.They should have veggie patties as I am a vegetarian and that is what I am looking for mostly at
