Just not a good location. They don't accept most subway coupons online or in store and they don't start making your online orders until you arrive. Like, what's the point then?

After placing an order online - I arrived at my estimated time only to be told they hadn’t started on them. The two young men where conversing with what look liked school friends and on the phone while preparing the sandwich. After the two subs were finished after 20 minutes of the initial time, I get home to see that they didn’t include any protein in either sub. All veggies and sauce. Truly hope they hire better staff.

I want everyone to know about MR.JOHN. He was amazing , he kept food covered while on shift if not occupied or filling an order. He sterilized his station prior to prepping, he washed his hands after touching all hard surfaces / appliances , applied gloves before touching any food. He maintained professionalism and was very polite !I have NEVER had this experience at a subway, until NOW.Thank you sooo much John for making this a great experience for me, after a rough day at work! I appreciate your customer service and great energy !!!!!!!

2 stars for customer service, 1 extra because the restaurant was clean. But they ran out of spinach 3 hours before closing! The employee apologized profusely, and I told them not to worry, but management should never have let them be in that situation.

Twice already we had some kinda shotty service mostly with how the sandwiches were made. The guy making one of my two sandwiches laid the chicken out unevenly leaving a huge empty spot at one end then laid the cheese out with some major gaps. After he toasted it I called him out and the other guy came in to spread everything out.I didn't notice the other guy was working on MY sandwich cuz he put it in the toaster with another sandwich, this sandwich was an outlaw, part of their premade deals so there's already a recipe for it, it was supposed to come with pepper jack and I think he just put mozzarella, didn't even realize until it was out of the toaster.which by the way these feel barely toasted...It really sucks cuz this place is really close to where I live but I'm gonna have to go to a new one if this service keeps up.Place is super chill tho.

Service is terrible . assistant manager (DJ) didnt greet when coming in had three sandwiches which was an online order . when he saw me come in didnt greet or let me know would be with me just continiued to build his order which the driver for the order wasnt even within the store . DJ continiued to do his order for about 10 mins without letting me know if he would help me or anything . Theyre under new management but it cant get any worse.

It was hard finding a clean table. The two workers were super slow and had no enthusiasm. No greeting when we walked in. It felt like they were unhappy with the career they chose.

Why is this subway always closed but they say they are open on there website. Last time they had no bread. How does subway have no bread. The owner should do something about this they are losing money. Will just go to a different one and give them my money.

We all know what to expect from subway. Over the years we have been eating there less and less.We decided we wanted a sandwich for lunch and app ordered Subway.SURPRISE- Color us Happy! What a surprising experience.First- the app had some "app only " sandwich items. And some local favorites. We ordered our sandwiches specific. Very custom. No Running it thru the Garden for us. I picked up the order just as it was getting finished. One staff up front. Very friendly welcoming. My order was ready on time. I noticed the Subway had been updated. Tables with chargers. Coke freestyle machine. Everything was clean.Got home opened up our sandwiches. Every sandwich was correct. In fact I mentioned to my husband that mine "looked" like one from a commercial. The way it was stacked. Forgot to take a pic.The bread was fresh. No hard spots.Maybe Subway is on the up and Up?We look forward to checking back in and ordering subs from them again :)

Came today around 8:20 p.m.. I wanted to order Steak and Cheese Sub and lady from the front said she just shut down the oven. Like why if supposedly they close at 9. Bad service won't recommend!!

The service is so sloooooow. It only took about 10 minutes for me to order my food and wait for my sandwich to be made. But it took me over 25 minutes to pay. The employees made my sandwich, took it to the register, and then went to take more orders and make more sandwiches. My sandwich was good though.
