We pass a Subway that is a mile closer to us just so we can eat at this particular place.The female employees have wonderful personalities, and they know how to offer every option to make the sub the best tasting.It's worth the time to go here.

Update your hours or stay true to them, I biked quadruple the I should've had to get to two different Subways and got Nothing, despite being there fourty minutes before the publicly shown/ Google known closing time. I ordered as a guest on checkout. Never thought I would have an issue with our order. We did. The bread was so hard our sandwiches were inedible. We went back to the store and spoke with the manager named Ricky or Ritch something like that. He apologized and promised us that our next meals were on him. I told him I checked out as a guest online and do not have the receipt. He said it’s okay. This is the owners son right here. All you have to do is come back and even if I’m not here they can call me and l will let them know. Today I called to make sure there wasn’t going to be an issue and guess what we were unable to get the food we were promised because he wasn’t there and he didn’t know what they were talking about when they called him. This is really bad customer service and not OK at all.

Well that just happened.My sweet husband and I both looked over and seen the Subway sign on 19th ave and Greenway at the Sametime and agreed on Subway. And to make it even sweeter we had COUPONS!!!!It has been a rough day, hot and yucky. We walked in the subway and TJ greeted us with the best smile and most genuine "Hey guys, welcome in, what can I make you to eat tonight".Boy, honestly, my ENTIRE attitude changed and I got so excited to have a sunway sandwich for dinner.I am beyond impressed with TJ's incredible attitude and all around phenomenal work ethic and pride in his job and himself.SUBWAY, YOU HAVE A TOP NOTCH EMPLOYEE IN TJ.
