The new Subway is much nicer than the old location. The employees are nice and the place is always clean. The store was busy while I was there and the young gal, Cece was very nice and went out of her way to smile despite dealing with a couple impatient customers.

I came here with a coupon a moment ago and they said they aren't able to take them :( No workaround option. I do want to note that during Christmas I had a wonderful experience here and the manager at that time who decorated was awesome with awesome service. I just visited another Subway and it turns out they cannot accept anymore either but they took the time to explain why. Communication goes a long way.

Come here often during the day time and they always show me great customer service. But the first time I come for the night crew and it was a horrible experience some people shouldn't work in the food industry or customer service if they don't have common courtesy for the customer

I ordered delivery and they delivered, kind of, what I had ordered. They added the extra steak on my sandwich but they added so few veggies that I could not tell there were onions on it until after I picked through it, same goes for the peppers (I ordered extra of both) The jalapeños were completely missing and it was so dry I thought they had neglected to put sauce on it. I did manage to find the chipotle sauce after checking under the steak, but, I had asked for extra of that too. About the only thing I can really praise about it is the fact that it got here right when they said it wood, so the delivery portion was 10/10, the sandwich itself left a lot to be desired.
