Ok, I usually like this location, the staff is young for the most part and respectful until the other night! I felt like I was in the audience of Maury or even Jerry Springer! The staff had "baby momma drama" instead of waiting on customers! The quality of food like always was 5 stars but please thar poor infant being handled like a 6-inch! Not ok and not for a place of business! Those 'parents' needed parents of their own and the manager needs to address this let's not mention the ignorance of handling when preparing food! I order on subway website 2 footlongs at night which was not made properly. Not the bread I asked, was not toasted, supposed to have mayo had a dab on there, not chipotle as I asked. Dry sandwich. Called to speak to manager who stated she was not in but unfortunately nothing they would be able to do anyways he had attitude and who made my sandwiches was little as kids. Unprofessional

Food was made terribly. The didn’t put buffalo sauce on my buffalo chicken, they waited til the end to squirt a tiny bit over the lettuce and veggies. Clearly new people training and the big boss just stood behind them while they asked questions he didn’t answer. So many other subways in the area, avoid this

My daughter is new to making her own subs and Tory made it fun for the both of us! Subs were definitely made with love & laughter. I love this location, always speedy and accurate and so kind when I get specific with my order. Today I witnessed Rayna (the manager) dealing with an upset customer patiently and respectfully. It’s good to know the management is so reasonable and is a great example of customer service for all other staff. I’m so grateful for that wonderful service, the clean premises, and fresh ingredients. Thanks Rayna and crew!
