Customer service in 2024 is key to keeping me coming back Nubia was amazing, she took time to make my sandwich to perfection. She conversed and it was genuine. She smiled which is so rare! Please take time to invest in this employee she will represent your business like it’s her own.

The other evening, my wife took my daughter to this Subway. 7th St. and Glendale. The young man that served my 10 year old daughter was very polite and respectful. This has become a rare commodity in fast food restaurants these days. I am not a fan of Subway food and there is a closer Subway to the house. I will now use this Subway when purchasing for my daughter and will also. sometimes, order something for myself.

At approximately 2pm 6/25/22 I went to counter to order. The female employee completely ignored my presence even though she was well aware I was there. She continued wiping counters and spoke not a word. I continued to wait several minutes with no result. Finally left and went to a different establishment next door, where I was prompty served. Should instruct employees re: customer service and how deficiencies cause decreased income and reputation to the business.

Place has taken a dive lately. Bread is always stale and ingredients are not fresh whatsoever. Today they only had 2 choices of bread available and all of the meats and veggies looked awful. I should have walked away. Got home and took one bite and it tasted so foul. They are going to end up getting someone very sick!

This is my favorite Subway! I had not been there in awhile. When I came in today, Shea (hope I remember that correctly) assisted me. The sandwich she made me was SO delicious! She gave me exactly what I wanted! Even more than that, she was so sweet, and polite! Thanks for your amazing service. Hope to see you again there when I return. I appreciate you!

One (1) person working in the front with a lengthy line and perhaps in the entire store. Unfriendly, slow and dirty. Wiped face and went back to handling food. Would have likely given up and left but after wiping her face, that was the deal breaker. No need to ever return. Could use a course in ServSafe

Subway in a convenient shopping center on the corner of Glendale Ave. and N. 7th st. When I walked in the submaker didn't greet me or offer help and there was only one other customer. I asked about specials and they had no real deals. Prices are high and they skimp on the meat. Note: I was at Safeway a few days before and bought a huge sub(about triple the meat)for what their half sub special costs and no surly staff to deal with at self checkout. Hard pass.
