I ordered two different items and they messed up both. I got a chicken bacon ranch and it didn't even come with ranch on it. The Italian stallion came with no meat, marinara, or cheese. Also forgot the advertised free side of ranch. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere

I was looking forward to trying a new spot. Unfortunately, this was NOT the best choice. We got it delivered and I knew it was going to be bad before I even opened the to-go box. The to-go box said "IHOP" (no dig to IHOP). Filling. What filling? It was barely visible. There was no sauce and very little flavor. Disappointing.

Order Uber Eats. The restaurant accepted but did not have a cook to make the food. Driver waited but never got food and I had to jump through hoops to get a refund with Uber Eats. If you do not have a cook to make the food then you should decline the order. Can’t post any photos as I never received my food. Wish I could give 0 Stars.

There is not a rating low enough to register on the scale for this place. I have very recently dined there. The service was barely satisfactory and waitress seemed to have an attitude. She was slow, but the food that she eventually brought to the table was as I ordered, and hot. I had to ask for napkins and table service, since it did not occur to her that without table service, I could not eat. They were NOT at all busy and the restaurant was 3/4 empty at just past the dinner hour that evening. She just preferred to chat with her friends in the back rather than work, it seems. But wait, it gets worse. After eating, I went to use the restroom before leaving. Since this was in an area with lots of doors, I carefully checked for the one that reflects my gender. I opened it to find two young females inside and was greeted with the room full of cigarette smoke. i checked again to make sure I hadn't accidentally opened a employee break room door. The people inside had obviously been in there for a while as the room was full of smoke and they were embarrassed to be caught. They should be. I am highly allergic to this smoke so I shut the door and went to find the manager. There was NO manager in- house that night. It took quite a long time to get someone to respond and when they did, it was a cashier who said she was acting as manager that night. I find this very disturbing. Smoking inside a public facility is not healthy and most likely against health codes in a non-smoking facility. I intend to escalate this further, since the comment card listed a incorrect number, making it impossible to complain to the corporate headquarters. I also intend to report this to the AZ Department of Health. I do NOT recommend this place and I will NOT be returning.
