The service and food are beyond incredible... we were there to celebrate our wedding with my parents and Joy and their entire staff made us feel like the most special people in the world ABOVE AND BEYOND

We had a 1:15 reservation and the kitchen closed at 1:30. We ended up with salads and mains. They rushed us through our dining experience with our friends visiting from England. It was embarrassing.

Beautiful resort! Menu choices are very limited and expensive. We waited an hour for our food and had to ask where it was! The restaurant t bought our drinks which was very nice, but our experience was soured.

What a great experience. First of all, the property is beautiful and everyone from the valet to the hostess to the server was incredibly nice and professional. We started with the CORN BISQUE (Freeze dried corn | creme fraiche | chive) and BABY GREENS (crow's dairy feta | compressed watermelon | persian cucumber | sunflower seed | honey lemon vinaigrette). One of the major sins that restaurants commit is serving soup that is lukewarm. Not here – the soup was piping hot and delicious. The dried corn was a little odd, but that was the chef's choice. The salad was also delicious – the honey lemon vinaigrette had a nice sweet and sour thing going. Excited, we continued to the main course. We started with the SKUNA BAY SALMON (Lemon buerre blanc | corn | scallion | garlic parmesan potatoes | red bell pepper | chimichurri | pea greens) and PASTA ALLA GENOVESE (Rigatoni | short rib & bone marrow ragu | white wine | pecorino). The salmon was perfectly cooked and the parmesan potatoes were delicious. The rigatoni were clearly homemade and considerably longer than a traditional rigatoni. It didn't have a heavy sauce, relying on the deliciousness of the short ribs. While incredibly rich, it was delicious. Unfortunately, we were too full for dessert, but they sounded delicious.

Really disappointing experience at T. Cooks. We went there for brunch yesterday and our brunch, Mediterranean Benedict, was served cold. Our waiter never came to check on us and obviously had too many tables. Even when the server put it down, it was obvious that it had sat and didn't look appetizing. I'm sure the food would have been fine but you can't serve breakfast cold. I would have said something but we couldn't get the waiters attention. Very disappointing.... .

The food and service were excellent. Our table was situated in a nice location but the adjacent table was too close and the patrons were very boisterous. The acoustics in the room were not conducive to absorbing the excessive noise.

The food at T Cook's was impeccable, which is good since dining options around the hotel are limited. The Caesar salad with a T Cook's spin of green goddess dressing created a delicious dish even my seafood-averse husband enjoyed! The cocktails were creative and fun, the entrees perfectly balanced and nicely portioned. Desserts were true standouts and not after-thoughts like you find at some restaurants. My only critique was the ambiance. We sat on the patio, the one facing the lawn, and a corporate event tear-down was taking place so it was a little loud and not super visually appealing. It's understandable, as they run a number of events, so be aware of that if it's important to you. Okay, one more critique: Add Washington state wines to your wine menu! As a Washingtonian I am biased, but we really do have some amazing wines being produced up here.

This restaurant is a must. I wanted to take my girl to celebrate her birthday to a more intimate place and this was great. The food, drinks, and ambiance was amazing. Our server was Joy and she was amazing.

My family from Wisconsin came here for brunch during my granddaughters spring break. Everything was lovely about the entire experience. We enjoyed our meals and service was wonderful and attentive.

T. Cook's never disappoints. The food is excellent and the service is top notch. Our server Rodrigo was friendly, helpful, and attentive. We ordered lobster bisque, cioppino and lamb. Delicious!

Sunday brunch visit. Meal started with complimentary beignets, but they were stone cold, which was not very appetizing. I had the waffle, and my brunch companion had the quiche. Both meal were good, but nothing special. Service was a bit slow, but overall reasonable for a busy Sunday brunch time. One issue was the hotel had mandatory valet parking, but only two attendants. When we left the restaurant to retrieve our cars it was unfortunately the same time as most hotel guests were checking out, so the valet area was extremely congested. If you're going to require mandatory valet parking, then at least have enough staff to handle the volume.

The dining room smelled like wood smoke. The fireplaces obviously weren't working properly. Service was slow and food was just okay. Didn't have the wine we wanted by the glass but offered a cheaper alternative. Would not recommend or return.
