I couldn't believe that I went to this taco bell and ask if I could just have a taste of their new shredded chicken to make sure I was going to like it before I ordered it and was told NO and was laughed at for asking... so I ask them to ask the manager and the manager saud absolutely not! If I wanted to taste it I had to buy it and if I didn't like it I could NOT get my money back... I have eaten at this location since the day they opened the doors... a very regular customer and to be treated that way has Definitely made me decide no never go there again and I will take as many of my friends and family with me....So I can't rate the food because I didn't eat there... I went over to Don's New York Pizza place and had a delicious dinner!!!! I highly recommend Don's great customer service and delicious food!!!! And its 15 seconds away from this taco bell!!!!!

The employees left an item off of our order and gave us beef nacho fries instead of steak fries. When I called about it, they indicated that I would need to return to have the missing item made and refused to give me a refund over the phone. When I pressed, since we don't live nearby, they said "keep your receipt" and hung up. Won't be returning to this location.
Food is always hot, even at night. I appreciate that. It's rare they get the order wrong, which happened a few weeks ago. But other than that, I like this location.
