WARNING: UNSANITARY PRACTICES FOR ORDERS SEALED AND PLACED ON PICKUP SHELF:So this store drive thru gave us wrong order, they were polite when i returned and replaced/remade it, comped my wife a drink while she waited, free taco coupons, etc... all great.... the order we recvd by mistake tho..... that we opened multiple items, left unwrapped and touched and opened the tacos to see what was inside if they were ours or not...and even started eating one taco and out of a bag of chips... they remade the ONE item, rewrapped and placed on shelf for pick up and just sealed and slelved the bag w chips n chesse like we werent just diggin all in it... when my wife questioned the sanitation behind this and suggested tgey renake the order, she said "um are you sick"... (tbh yes i was sick, but the question being so unexpected she didnt think to answer that honestly YES.... THEN she said real smugly, "thx for your input we will take it into consideration in the future "... when my wife mentioned that she would be leaving a review about the issue on their review website she FOLLOWED US OUTSIDE TO ACCUSE HER OF BEING PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE... " um, no... i am an avid google reviwer and review on taco bells webite with good reviews all the time to be helpful... i will definitely be editing my review to include this encounter" "oh so ur being aggressive aggressive? I guess i misunderstood... " WOOOOOW. truly stunned.... *shake head, drive away*.... crazy part... STILL missing a LARGE/COSTLY item from our order (there were only 2 items in one bag and a boxed meal in all to start with!....) This is the first of many mentions we will be making of this DISGUSTING, INAPPROPRIATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL encounter with this woman. (Very plain looking, white woman who works day shift, blonde, mid thirties, seemed shift lead-like in behavior) Should be noted that the other staff were great, her... not so much...

Great location, speedy service, tons of soda fountain options, the restaurant inside was spotless. And we needed some special accommodations, and the staff member Cheyenne was fantastic to us! Well done Taco Bell ?

I order my favorite Mexican Pizza an well not my favorite location at all. Disappointed. They weren't busy so no need to rush my Pizza had 2" around of dry space or surface yeah I can spread it after the fact but I wasn't happy. It's not how other locations prepare. Pic attached so I hope ya get it...jus not it this time! Plus my burrito had all the onions in one bite...uhhh your steamer an stuffer both no good this order!

Standard Taco Bell. The drive-through was busy, and it felt a little like the window crew were getting tired of it, but they weren't rude or anything. The order was correct, and it was decent enough.

Okay i have been going here for 6 years.The last 3 times i went in dec every time the orders were bad.#1 beefy 5 layer im not joking had almost no beans and meat. To the point i took it apart and scrapped everything into half of 1 tortilla and even doing that it was almost flat flat.#2 taco get a absolute pinch of lettuce now.#3 the french fries are always room temp and stiff stale the cheese is most times under half way filled.Idk who the gm is that is now managing this location but they need to retrain the staff on quality of food discard old food and portion sizing. I have pics but it will not let me upload. I think that as clearly alot of the previous reviews show that something has changed. This used to one of the best taco bells in the surrounding area. Just take your business to another location. If prices are this high now that fine but then make the food the way it should.

If you don’t want them to mess up your order, drive down the street to Ray & Rural. Every single time I go to this Taco Bell at least one of my items if not all get made wrong and then depending on the time of day, the staff is no help whatsoever. It is what it is but, I personally won’t spend any more money at this location.

Went inside to get my meal to-go. Staff was friendly, even though it took a little longer than I was expecting. Food was great tho! I got two protein bowls (chicken and steak); they were delicious.Inside and outside werent he cleanest, but that's okay since I was getting my food to-go.Dietary restrictions: Order the protein bowls without rice and beans for a nice keto meal!

Stopped by on my way home and received the worst service. Tyler was at the window and I received my first order and they forgot to add the cheese for my fries. So I kindly asked Tyler if I can have some cheese for my order. It wasn’t in the bag. He went and told some lady working there. She came to window with a terrible attitude asking why I want more cheese and it’s not free. I told her I didn’t receive it In my bag. She slammed the sliding WINDOW walked away. She came back to argue more with me and slammed it again. I asked who she was and she told me she is the general manager there and her name is Shay. But she SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN MANAGEMENT. Talking to people like that.?.

Showed up at 7 and it was closed no sign or anything. Idk why we keep coming back here our orders are always messed up and if you don't go in you spend forever in the drive through.

This was the worst TB I've been to in a long time. The food was fine, but the people who run the drive-through have maybe 10 braincells between them. They couldn't follow basic instructions, they forgot to give me the drink I ordered after handing me the food, and when we got home we noticed they shorted us a chalupa as well. This job must be very hard for them. Basic attention to detail is just absent.
