The lady who runs the counter pissed me off. I was in a hurry, prior to showing up, I made the order by phone. When I arrived 15 minutes later, I asked her how big my burrito was, so if it wasn't big enough to fill me up, I'd get two tacos. She showed me with her fingers, so I asked " can you just show me The burrito, she wouldn't, I kept asking, but nothing...she then started talking to someone in The back, turns out the burrito was not even made....I walked out, don't care.

Our company comes here for tacos every Wednesday. We call and order in advance since our practice is literally 2 minutes away. Today I called in an order at 11:56pm and the lady asked me if I wanted to pay when I got here or over the phone? I let her know I’d pay when I got there (as we do everytime we order) today I get here to pick up our order and it is still not prepared or even started until I paid when I got here at 12:26pm. I am still waiting on my order as other orders are being put out before my called in order. Extremely frustrating that my lunch is over yet I am still waiting on my food to be prepared. It has been 20 minutes and I am still waiting. I asked the gentleman at the counter what is going on and he said it is a new policy as of today that they don’t prepare food until it is paid for. I was never told this over the phone and am not late to work since my lunch was over 15 minutes ago. Absolutely unprofessional and we won’t be returning.

There's a very large menu. The food is constantly good. I've ordered here for over 5 years, nothing awesome, nothing awful. Orders are normally correct, but like anywhere, double check. The dining area is very basic. Ceiling fans are frequently in need of a cleaning! Overall we've had good meals, decent prices and very few complaints.Parking: Right out front, plenty of spaces almost all the time. Even during busy times there's a decent size lot and Street parking on the side.Kid-friendliness: Several options for most kids.
