The best tasting tamales and tacos, they have the best taste ever. As I was eating them, the taste just brought memories from my mom's home made tamales. The carne asada tacos taste like carne asada. We had over 40 guests join us to celebrate the approaching arrival of our new grandson. The rave reviews from our guests just keep on coming. We were looking for a taco caterer for my daughter's quinceñiera and Ricardo responded right away invited us to come down and try his food. We went and met him at a location he was set up at tried their food and made a deal that night. Their tacos are just as good as advertised. The whole night the guests at our party raved at how good the tacos were. We ran out of food, we expected leftovers but it was all gone even the aguas frescas were excellent. The food was great, the service was amazing. There is no doubt that I recommend them to cater any event you want or even find their truck and go down and have some tacos.

FABULOUS CATERING SERVICES AT REASONABLE PRICES! Ricardo and team provided food for our daughter's Wedding Reception last night. Our family was very glad that Ricardo was hired for thus event, and you will.be happy if you choose them too. Ricardo and his group of professionals served our corporate lunch . The company was on time, the food was out of this world delicious . He uses a bean from Peru that makes the beans taste like there is cream added. Yum, yum , yum

We had their food truck come out for an event in the morning and evening for over 100 people each. I've received nothing but good feedback!! Everyone loved the food and they had great customer service!! Definitely would have them back for future events!
