I’ve been to TBH numerous times and apparently my five-star reviews have aged off the record, so here is my new one. I arrived at 10:30 on a Friday and there were a couple of tables full. I was ordering takeout, so I didn’t know how many others filed in behind me. I had the in-laws visiting but their flight landed too late to bring them in, so I advanced ordered. I got: two pounds of moist brisket; one pound of pulled pork; a full rack of ribs; two hot links and two quarts of sides. TBH blows away LNB in my opinion. Mike really knows how to rub the various cuts and his low and slow process renders very moist, tender and flavorful fare. I wish they were open for longer hours or more days, but then again, if they were open more, I’d weigh about 400 pounds!

I'm not a big BBQ fan but the food is good. Just had the brisket lunch and had the ribs lunch before, sooo delicious. First time eating Brisket like that. Wish I took a picture of my plates. Will be back for more!!

No seasoning BBQ, it tasted like the only seasoning used was pepper, the sauce was decent, mac n cheese and beans had no flavor either. When you factor in the limited times that their open.... it's a no for me. Dang I really wanted to like this place

Po Boy Sandwich, Pork Spare Ribs, Spicy BBQ This place is great it's a true Texas smokehouse you gotta get there early and when I'm being early like when they just about to open to get the things that you want because just like any Texas smokehouse when they run out that's it they're done until the next day. I hate to share this with you guys but this is a great place to get you some spicy barbecue spare ribs and A-pole boy sandwich it is the chop meat sausage new nameat sausage you name it that's on the sandwich with the spicy barbecue sauce and they have mouth sauce too it's just great didn't get a chance to try the Mac and cheese but we'll try it this week sometime make sure you just take your time out and get here and visiting and write your review

This picture does not do it justice. Sorry I should have opened the sandwich. But this was the best bbq poboy I've ever had. Or even a bbq sandwich in general. I highly recommend coming here to eat, just get here early or your fighting the crowd and parking.

I was surprised at the pulled pork it was almost spreadable, not chunks. Are they blending the meat to stretch it out? I was disappointed because I used to love this place but it has been a while since I've been there.

These are the best ribs I've had since I left Michigan. The staff are very sweet and welcoming. Feels like home.

A long time favorite. Their corn chowder is top-notch.

Sooo good! Here for work and a local buddy suggested it. Had the po boy and boy! Sooo good and soo much filling! Had a great nap afterwards!

Excellent job on the brisket! Portions were a little light for the price; but Brisket is usually pricey no matter where...let alone the recent price gouging from suppliers! Good folks with a great little authentic place. Love it!

We have getting BBQ here for the past 10 yrs. We drive out of the way to come here. The area is to be careful in but heck we are ccw ready. So our last visit was not the usual time we come here as it was early , shortly after they opened. We got 2 lbs of brisket to go with some sauces and drove home. Rhe brisket was clearly yesterdays and reheated. Even the kids commented on this. We were not thrilled about this. Have to consider cutting this out of our to go list. May have to ride the other highly rated folks from Central Texas. You know who they are...

I got the lunch Texas Po-Boy sandwich"Spicy ?" with the pinto beans I loved the beans they put chunks of meat in them (that's my favorite). Yummy the portion was huge I had to take half home. Very friendly and fast staff. Their card machine went out so lucky we had cash. The BBQ was delicious I wish I would have gotten two sides because the Mac and cheese looked very appealing as well. Parking is hard but we just parked behind and walked over so not impossible. All in all it was worth the drive.

This place is walking distance from me and I've heard good things about it but it's Tuesday-Friday 11-2 hours have made it almost impossible to try. However, I finally had a chance and I jumped at it. We got the sliders (pulled pork) and Texas po' boy lunch and they were amazing! Did the spicy BBQ on the side and it had a smooth, subtle spice that slowly snuck up on you and hit all the spice needs. The pulled pork seemed to melt in your mouth and the brisket and the sausage on the po' boy were so full of flavor we ate until it was physically impossible to eat anymore! The portions are very gracious but fully note this is a cash only place (so walk in prepared). The next chance I get I will be back!

Their waiters/waitresses love attacking latino customers/families when you don't tip them enough. Don't come here at all. Trust me when I say you'll regret it.
