I love Texas Roadhouse. This was my first visit to this location. Since I live in Texas, I know great steaks. This was a great place at a good price.

Usually, Texas Roadhouse is on point. This location was a letdown. I ordered the 16 Oz ribeye, medium rare with baked potato and salad. The bread and salad were great as usual. The steak and potato weren't. The steak was black and tasted sooty because it was cooked over too much smoke. The baked potato was so cold that the butter didn't even melt on it. I had tho potato replaced but lost my appetite on the steak due to the burnt sooty flavor.
A fun place for steak, but the hot buns with their cinnamon honey butter are what makes this place great.
