Hidden neighborhood gem! Space is very intimate and social. Hand crafted cocktails in a grown and sexy atmosphere. Everyone is always dressed to impress. Music was on point. Staff was amazing! Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she made us feel right at home!

We’ve been searching High and low for a black owned bar that plays good R&b music with amazing drinks to match and this is now my new go to place the ambiance is so lovely the customer service was amazing and did i mention the Music is what i enjoy the most being from Chicago the culture in there is top tier in this establishment.

Agreed that bartender Bri needs a class in customer service and satisfaction, but she is an excellent bartender in terms of mixology. I mention her first because she's the first person I saw when entering and everyone knows the gatekeepers are essential to the experience. I sat and enjoyed the music and a few drinks and like with many women bartenders, they're not always friendly towards other women. But I also understand that goes both ways. She waa just more amenable to male patrons.The reason for the four stars are the drinks and a wonderful member of the staff named Jamyla. She's a gem and a keeper! If she's not management or in charge of hosting, it's a disservice. Even the young man who cooks came out to take my order and he was so friendly. It's small, but very well maintained. As a Black woman owned establishment, always think about women dollars. We hold purse strings and bring the boys to the yard, so make sure ALL staff are aware and represent accordingly. I would visit again. Thanks you to Jamyla for enhancing what would have been an average, predictable and quick in/out experience.

They have food trucks come thru now! Check their Instagram before you go. I brought a girlfriend here to celebrate her 2nd Masters Degree from GCU. Her and her husband enjoyed the vibe and we had such a great time catching up. I bring any and every one I can to this bar?

The Boom Boom Room is a great small bar to meet up with friends, host an event and just chill with a nice cocktail. Bre was the bartender and was very friendly and knowledgeable about cocktails. The ambiance is very relaxed and cozy. I will definitely return and bring some friends. Look for the Jay-Z & Beyoncé mural on the exterior wall and that's the spot.
