Just placed an order for reg buffalo fries (bbq chicken) Cajun style fries and a small Cajun fry as well with lg Dr pepper, they forgot the Cajun seasoning on my buffalo fries when I ask them to fixed it all they did was sprinkle Cajun season all over everything instead of fixing it the correct way when I asked them to remake it she gave me dirty look and said what's wrong with it will not being back this location even when I'm on duty I was off duty when I made this order totally disappointed ?

This was my first and last time ordering from this place I took a chance and I was really wrong the wings I ordered were drenched in some kind of disgusting slimy sauce I ordered lemon pepper and the sauce was anything but and the sides that were supposed to come with the meal were not in the bag bottom line I won’t get anything from here again and I’m gonna let everyone that I know do follow suit.

Order took long to come out & customer service was kinda shitty as well as communication amongst staff. came in at 2 left around 2:30 because my 5-10 min order was sitting around for 20 minutes after it was ready

This place is always a hit or miss. I don't know what happened! Their tenders used to be so saucy and juicy! Nowadays, it seems that they are all dry and lack flavor! I really don't want to give up on them because this was my go-to place for tenders. However, I don't think I can keep justifying the price for their now mediocre food. The service is always poor, but the food used to make up for it. They are always inattentive and take forever to help you at the register and seem unfriendly.

They took ~1 hour to complete my order.When I arrived, they said it was almost done.I then waited 30min inside, only for them to tell me it is almost doneThe service at this location continues to get worse.The ETA needs to be revised to make it clear to customers when they can expect their orders to be complete.

I have been to other locations and been very happy. Unfortunately this location was a let down. I ordered on door dash and it took an hour and a half for the food to be ready for pick up. The food was cold and they sent the wrong flavor milkshake. The only plus was that the food was tasty, albeit cold. There was plenty of meat and sauce. It's a shame this location is so sub par.
I would have given them O stars if I could! I live right around the corner and will never order from them again. We placed an online order and when we arrived we were told they did not have chicken tenders. Why would you wait til we arrived? Why wouldn't you call to let us know? Poor coustomer service! The food they did have was not good at all. My husband ordered all flats/ 'well done'. He did not receve all flats ( it was mixed as usual) and it was very undercooked and rubbery! if this was 'well done' then I would hate to see the under cooked food they normally give out! They were thown away! Lastly, the store could not refund me for the tenders they did not have. This was approximately $20 of the order. We also did not receive the additional sauces that we paid for! The rude and ignorant manager told me I would have to request a refund online! I should have canceled the entire order. Dont waste you time with this place...Wing Stop and Buffalo Wild wings are too close for us to ever go here again!

After not being here in a while we decided to pick up dinner, we ordered buffalo fries and a 20 piece traditional wings Lemon Pepper flavored. In our experience with many other wing places the lemon pepper is a dry rub…we got a “lemon pepper wing soup” my mistake was not taking a picture before throwing it away but we were so disgusted by it we just closed the tray and threw it out. I have no idea what these wings were swimming in but it was not lemon pepper. I don’t know if it was the oil they were cooked in, if it was a mistake but we were not happy with this experience.

There could be plenty more chicken on the Buffalo Fries for $15. Goodness gracious. However, the service was great, food taste great, and the sauces are amazing. :) just a little pricey as everything is today.
