Buffalo Spot is some if the best boneless wings available, it's clean, and the people are amazingly friendly, welcoming and always moving/busy. The Koji sauce is the greatest sauce I've ever had, but when it's not available, get the jerk sauce, its amazing. The Reeses shake is also too good to be legal.

Today I went a little late before closing time and the guy in the front desk takecare of me very kindly and very helpful. The truth is that I felt bad for being late and receiving bad treatment from the staff, but quite the opposite. Not to mention that the place was very clean!I loved the experience, I got to go to other establishments of this same company and they do not compare at all with cleanliness and good treatment

Store was clean, cashier was friendly, ordered chicken tenders, and traditional chicken wings. After 20 minutes my food was still not done, went to see what the hold up was and was told they were making boneless wings. I didn't order that. And they hadn't even started my order. But when the person who came in 15 minutes after me , got their food I decided to get a refund. So I have no idea if their food is any good.

Not often do I give a one star after a first try but breh.I got a Small Buffalo Fries. The amount of chicken I got was an equivalent to 2 maybe 3 chicken nuggets from McDonalds. The fries were soggy, old and very disappointing.When waiting for my online order, I saw staff weighing fries which is fine but the precision of breaking several fries in half to to get a precise weight is wild.Person who helped me asked for my name and proceeded to tell me I was pronouncing it wrong and asked for my password. I come to find out they print your account password on the receipt.Nah dawg, dis aint it.

Avoid the headache this location allowed me to place an order on Easter despite being closed and charged my credit card the full amount, called multiple times about this issue and was told someone from management would reach out.They never did, seems once they get your money they no longer care about you. Luckily my credit card company was on my side and was able to go through them for a refund. Do yourself a favor and go to Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing Spot the food is probably better and their customer service will be more useful

I came in today for lunch with my son. The prices for a 3 piece chicken tenders combo and fries was a bit pricey to me at $15.00. The food tasted horrible. My son didn't even eat his chicken at all. The oil for the fried food is clearly not changed often resulting in a bitter and burnt flavor to the food. Very disappointing and a waste of food as it was inedible.

Told me it would be a 3 minute wait for my order to finish, ended up waiting over 20 minutes for an order that was placed well before I got there. Dishonest manager with no sense of time. 4/16 10:30 am.No communication at all. Mixed up orders, didn’t tell me what was going on. Horrible experience. If I’m going to wait TELL ME instead of lying about it.

UPDATEThis location has upped their game! Not sure if there's new management but they have been amazing for months now. While I look forward to their boneless Tuesday special, I'll go there anytime for awesome wings with great sauces and rubs. The issues they had in the past are gone while the service has been amazing. Buffalo Spot has improved in every area and I'll continue to go. I'm already looking forward to my next order of atomic hot wings! Thank you for correcting the issues that existed in the past.

All of the food is made to order so it takes a minute for it to get out but with that in mind its still pretty quick. I usually order online ahead of time in order to avoid some of the wait in store. That being said, anything that I’ve had at this place has always been a hit, they never miss. The workers are always kind and professional. My boyfriend and I usually share a large Buffalo Fry and sometimes we get a shake.
