If you ask an potential employee to come in at a specific date & time that you set & he does then your manager should be present. Instead I was just told to come in another day & so my time & money spent getting here was wasted. Clearly you don’t value people’s time. And for that I’m glad not to work here. I bet you are understaffed too & have a high turnover rate.

UPDATE -- We were hoping things improve... Nope!! Then they ask for a tip when you are picking up your order.11 months ago - Slow, lazy, and food was cold. got parmasean cheese fries, and the cheese and no cheese! paid more money! This is not the first time there has been an issue!

I've been to three other The Habit Burger Grills and all of those were excellent. First I ordered the cheeseburger #1. I asked for sweet potatoes fries. The price for the meal on the board was like $7 and change. I got to the window and my order came to $14 and change. I asked why? The gal said sweet potatoe fries were not part of the #1 selection. Why not pay the difference between regular fries and sweet potatoe fries? Nope. My burger was terrible no flavor and the sweet potatoe fries had no flavor either. I waited for 15 min after I got to the window for my order. Terrible service and they give The Habit a bad name

My family and I absolutely love Habit Burger. This is the place to-go if you are craving a juicy burger. The Green Beans fries are so delicious and a must try. The lady at the register is always polite and nice. They clean the table and booster seat for us right away when I requested. Overall it is a clean, friendly, and delicious experience every time. I am happy this Habit Burger is close by.

Burgers are so good and Carmina who took our order is so extremely polite and sweet. She is the manager and she knows how to run that place! All of them are so cheerful and friendly. They greet you when you walk in and when you leave! It’s hard to find people like that anymore. She is such a doll! They all have giant smiles and are genuinely happy. Love people like this!
