The decor is interesting, there are some games and very kid friendly. If any of the people you are going with have problems with stairs, this is not the place for them. There are 2-3 stairs in multiple locations getting in and out.

One of our oldest and very favorite places in the Phoenix metro area. We have enjoyed many family and friends gatherings over the years and always have a great experience with the fare, service, price and atmosphere. What else can I say?

Every now and then we get a craving for spaghetti and when it's not the spaghetti we cook at home it's spaghetti from OSF. What I love about their classic pasta dishes is that they all come with soup or salad, your main course, and then spumoni or ice cream. Their classic spaghetti with marinara is always a great go to, but I love the browned butter and mizithra. The Italian cream sodas are also a nice treat. And I'm sucker for their decor. It's definitely a cozy place for date night or a random lunch. Also, Z is the best server!5/5/2024 - still great service and tasty food. The manager is amazing as well!

Waited 45 min and if it was because we asked they would have never sat us a a table. Once seated we waited another fifteen minutes and no one even offered us a glass of water after twenty two minutes the waiter finally decided we waited enough and walked over to our table just in time to see us get up and walk out. They ruined my mom's birthday surprise I spoke really highly of this place and this is how we were treated hope Noone else get this kind of disturbing service all six of us wanted to enjoy ourselves thanx spaghetti factory for your nonservice
