Great lunch place. The best lunch option in downtown for good food, great atmosphere and friendly service. The views don't hurt either. Only downside is that some selfish people bring their dogs and pretend they are service dogs to the detriment of people with real service animals.

I love this place!!! The perfect spot for a drink after class or to watch a game. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Feels like you're hanging with friends. :)

It really pains me to leave this review and I should say first and foremost that the staff working at the pub were absolutely awesome and so kind. The beer that we enjoyed there was wonderful and our experience with the pub staff was great. This review instead centers on Thunderbird's "Executive Director of Branding and Communications" who was dining in the restaurant and was a completely inappropriate and privileged man. I should start by saying that both my husband and I have a service animal for disabilities that are not immediately apparent, so I always try to be very kind and sincere when people ask me about my dog. We also try our best to sit outside whenever possible to avoid making others uncomfortable with the dogs. When we entered Thunderbird's building, we knew that we would have to walk through indoor areas but that there was an outdoor seating area at the pub. My husband really wanted to go to the pub because he is an alumnus that had purchased a plaque at the pub when it was being built. We checked in with security on the first floor to let them know that we had service animals and that we would be going to the pub. No problem - he was very kind. We sat outside at the pub and my husband went in to see his plaque and bring us a beer on the patio. All was great and when we went to leave we walked through the pub so we could thank the service staff and so I could see his plaque. This is where things took a turn.A gentleman dining at a table said "hey, dogs aren't allowed in the building." Being no stranger to people not realizing that they are service dogs, I politely responded that they were service dogs but thank you for letting us know. He then said "they need to wear a vest then." I explained that they are not required to wear vests under federal law, at which point he told us to "get out of his building." My husband told him I am an attorney and would be happy to talk to him about it if he wanted to. At this point he said no, and then switched to Spanish to ask the bartender in Spanish (who was a lovely young man from Argentina with whom my husband had been conversing in Spanish), what our problem was. I was unsure whether I should penalize the pub via this review for his behavior, but as Thunderbird's executive in charge of public relations according to their website, I feel that he has to be speaking on behalf of the university when he speaks. Particularly for a school that prides itself on its diversity and inclusivity, I am completely appalled at the lack of respect that we received for our disability. I can only hope that Mr. Bilbao uses this as a learning opportunity so as to be able to do better and actually relate to the public with whom he is supposed to be conversing on behalf of Thunderbird.

It's a good pub with a variety of drinks/craft beer and some decent food...but that's NOT why you are at this pub. You come to this pub for the people - you will meet global minds from all over the world.

I went into the pub and had the best time ever. The bar tender at the time had spenspentf so much time with me, I felt like a million bucks. They had plenty of beers to choose from and lots of good people working there.

The food they served was too spicy and salty. Beer selection? They only had 2 and the staff, just plain unfriendly. We are definitely not coming back.
