We had a team happy hour during a conference last week and this place was perfect. I loved every detail of the decor and the drinks were phenomenal.We had the patio reserved and it was the perfect size for our group. The atmosphere, food, drinks, and service were great!There were two bartenders on service and the only recommendation I would have is to maybe have some additional staffing support when there is a large group. The bartenders were phenomenal and were a blur of business the entire time. They were trying to cover our group and the entire, full restaurant which is a tall task that I think they handled well overall!

Unsolicited charges, bad service, rude management! Popped in spontaneously for a drink with a friend, asked for a drink that was on the menu, with an added shot of tequila - the bartender went back and forth with me for about three minutes insisting on a different drink. I gave in and ordered what was recommended instead of what I wanted. I didn’t like the drink, but no further service was provided for me to order again. There were maybe ten other people there and it was not busy at all. After an hour of nobody addressing us, we left. I paid for the drinks (nearly $40 for two drinks), with no tip, only to be charged a nearly $10 tip (that I did NOT give) the following evening. I called to dispute the added tip and Trey (the manager) confirmed the original charge then asked me why I didn’t tip! I explained my experience and I was told that I would receive the refund within the next few minutes, but I did not. I called again and asked for a full refund per my experience and Trey hung up on me because “I’m busy right now”. Will never go here again, and as an apartment and hotel property manager in downtown Phoenix, I’ll make sure to specifically recommend people NOT visit.Edited per the management’s response - Trey did not say “a few days” or “minutes”, he said I’d see my money back by end of day, which is why I called later that evening. He also was not yelled at as once I was transferred to him he answered immediately with one quick run-on sentence, then hung up. There was no apology or explanation trying to be made - very weird gaslighting response. Highlighting the negative account but not the fact that your employee STOLE from my account is very weird. Additionally, I eventually disputed the charge as the refund never came through. Stealing a tip should have never happened in the first place but I imagine this must be done often as that was not even addressed in the response to my review. Gross business management.

My husband and I came to Rose garden on a Saturday night, around 6pm. Tables were about 2/3 full, so we opted to sit at the bar as we were not planning to be there long. Immediately as you enter, you cant help but to take in the beautiful decor and the cute flamingo right in the middle. Beautiful Flowers are sprawled all over.The hostess and bartenders were very friendly and knowledgeable and gave good drink suggestions.We ordered The Axe + Take a Stroll. We both were satisfied with our drinks 8/10, the bourbon in the axe definitely hits you in the face, not my type of drink, but my husband enjoyed it. I much preferred the sweetness (but not so sweet) & fruityness of the TAS. Glad we got experience this place! We will be back next time we are in town to try the food!

Love the drinks. Love the vibe. Only two things to make this five stars- first, get rid of those small VERY uncomfortable chairs that share a table with the booth. Replace them with the chairs you use for the center tables, or anything that's not these. Second, bring back All in Good Tilth, that drink was legendary. That's it.

The interior was fun and eclectic. Service was pretty terrible. We waited over 30 min trying to find our server to pay our bill. The server who came to help us (not our actual server) did give us a discount for our troubles since she could tell we were annoyed. The drinks were just ok. Nothing amazing and for the price there's several other craft cocktail lounges within walking distance that are better.
Loved the ambience! Tyler was a great mixologist and he made us amazing drinks. Would definitely come here again.

The cocktails here were ok, but I feel if they're going to go all in on cocktails then they need to be compared against similar craft cocktail locations. There are so many similar places nearby such as garden bar and little rituals. Also if you go a little north to Green Dragon, Killer Whale Sex Club, FYPM, and Pour Bastards you'll find so many good cocktail bars

We spontanously went to this bar and were pleasantly surprised! It offers a cozy ambiance with dim lighting and a diverse drink menu. The friendly staff creates a welcoming atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, making it a great spot for a relaxed evening with friends.
