The Tikka Shack serves delicious Indian food in the upbeat Norterra shopping complex on Happy Valley Rd. Pictured is the Southern Curry & Shrimp and Mango Salad (the sweetness of the salad balances the tanginess of the curry). Very fresh and tasty!
